Sets up its most ambitious project in Hassan with over 75 acres of land where a model floriculture park is being setup to educate & transform the way floriculture business runs in India. To inspire young aspirants to get hands on experience on floriculture & horticulture in general.

Florance Flora Farm established by Mr. S. K. Gutgutia with 25 acres of land.

Collaboration with Anthura B.V (Holland) -World’s leading company for Anthurium.

Sets up first plant propagation unit & Tissue culture lab.

Humble beginning as a flower shop started by our founding chairman Mr S. K. Gutgutia in Kolkata. The first and only flower shop in Kolkata at that time. His customers ranged from Kapil Dev to Usha Uthup.

Florance Flora has 7 farms spread across India with over 200 acres of farmland which consists of 75 acres of protected cultivation in greenhouses .

Moved to Bangalore, the hub of flower industry in India, & started flower trading. Opened trading outlets in Mumbai, Delhi & Goa.

Becomes one of the most renowned names in the floriculture market in India & abroad with more than 15 collaborations across with world which include Dutch, Israeli & Italian suppliers.

As we are actively involved from rooting to delivery, we are able to maintain consistent plant quality. Florance Flora’s main production facility is spread over 45 acres of protected cultivation in greenhouses in Hassan. Hi-tech greenhouses populate the entire area and are used for plant production, product trials and showcasing of new products and varieties. Several training, sorting, grading & cold rooms are present in this facility. We also have farms across India in Karnataka, Sirsi, Goa and Bhubaneswar. Florance Flora also operates its own tissue culture laboratory which has an annual production capacity of 4 million plants. Currently, our total area of production is 75 acres with an additional 20 acres to be added by the end of 2019.

It is a state-of-the-art tissue culture laboratory with latest technology and equipments which are used to conduct research, improve the quality of harvest and provide a large variety of products. With the support of the laboratory, we strive to produce the perfect products for growers, traders and consumers.

INFRASTRUCTUREThe magni�cent structure and ultra modern techniques of our greenhouses, fully equipped with the speci�c growing requirements of the plants, guarantee strong and healthy products for our customers. Strict quality control measures are taken at our production facilities to ensure that growers receive the best material and experience minimum mortality in the �eld.

DEDICATED TEAMWe have a dedicated team of around 350 workers across our farms. We take pride in stating that our team of workers are extremely dedicated, well – trained and organized in their work. We provide extensive training to each worker on the usage of simple farming tools and more complex machinery while following appropriate safety procedures. Florance Flora believes in the saying, “Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success”. Our large team of motivated, devoted and determined farm workers continually ensure great and timely yields across seasons.

ANTHURIUM

Long-lasting, heart shaped blooms are the calling card of Anthuriums.

Also known as Painted Tongue, Flamingo Flower (Flamingo Lily) or Tail Flower. Anthuriums are grown for their brightly colored flower spathes and their ornamental leaves.
