GuidelinesIntroduction

Poor environmental and social conditions, constant psycho-logical and emotional stress, and generally low immunity with

exposure to harmul actors all lead to signifcant deterioration

in the health o the nation as a whole. New diseases appear

and old ones develop more severe orms. A eature o our time

is the progressive increase in the number o chronic diseases

caused by environmental disturbances.

This is aggravated by such actors as:

• High hopes pinned on pharmacotherapy were not ully justi-

fed;

• Antibiotic-resistant strains o microbes have appeared;

• Allergic reactions to medications are developing;

• Almost all medicines have side eects.

Successes in the development o methods and means o

physiotherapy have brought a new impetus to medical prac-

tice in the treatment o not only acute, but also chronic diseas-

es, signifcantly reducing the number o working days lost and

incapacitation o the workorce.

Low-intensity electromagnetic feld therapy based on reso-

nance oscillations o the organs and systems o the human

body ully meet the requirement o avoid any pressure, in par-

ticular because the energy and it amount used coincide with

those o the patient.

Historical background

The idea othe presence o energy in the human body and the

dependence o health on its circulation was frst expressed by an-

cient healers rom China, India and Egypt. The branch o medicine

in the Far East called acupuncture (stylostixis) has been or used

or over 3,000 years to treat many diseases by impacting pressure

points. Empirical knowledge about the connection o biologically

active points on the skin to internal organs has subsequently been

confrmed by proound research.

In Europe, the method become well-known and understood asa result o work by German physician Reinhold Voll (1953). His ex-

tensive experimental studies established the electric (electromag-

netic) nature o the phenomenon, the end eect o inuence on

biologically active points (BAP), and proposed replacing classical

acupuncture with electroacupuncture. Dr. Voll developed a de-

tailed system o diagnosis based on measuring the electrical con-

ductivity o acupuncture points, and validated on a universal scalewith results that are easy to interpret. R. Voll published over 500

scientifc papers, textbooks, atlases and a variety o manuals on

electroacupunctural diagnosis and therapy. As a result, acupunc-

ture diagnosis and therapy was set on the tracks o modern science

and received a powerul impetus or urther development.

Among other things, R. Voll made a discovery. He discovered

that the therapeutic eects o an electric current on acupuncturepoints not only depends on the current strength, but above all

on its requency. It turned out that dierent, and sometimes just

very slightly dierent requencies can produce dissimilar results in

the treatment. The undamental nature o this discovery began to

show up much later.

External electromagnetic radiation

Electromagnetic oscillations occur naturally in the surround-

ing world and accompany any chemical and physical process.

Leading scientists, naturalists, physicists, biologists and doc-

tors are certain that electromagnetic oscillations occupy a par-

amount place in nature.

The human body is an open dynamic biological system that

communicates with surrounding matter and energy. Electro-

magnetic oscillations that exist within a living organism are

only partly dependent on the oscillations that exist outside o it. Although the body’s oscillations are stimulated by the oscil-

lations o external electromagnetic felds, they are ormed in

various organs and systems, and again in a specifc orm. Thus,

the body does not respond to the entire range o oscillations.

As soon as the requency o stimulated orce approaches the

oscillation requency o the system, the resistance o the oscil-

lating system becomes small and vanishes at the requency o own oscillations. I it were not or the orces o riction that are

always present in nature, the amplitude o stimulated oscil-

lation would increase so that the system would collapse. The

phenomenon o strong increase in amplitude o stimulated os-

cillations at the requency o the stimulated orce to the oscilla-

tions o its own system is called resonance, and the requency

is resonant. It is particularly necessary to note an important property o

material bodies.

Any material body has its own oscillation requency, and

when exposed to external periodic stimulated orce which has

a requency equal to the natural oscillation o the body, reso-

nant oscillations will occur in it.

Spectroscopic analysis shows that every molecular structure

corresponds to a unique requency combination which in turn

corresponds to the sum o all requencies o chemical bonds.

Frequencies corresponding to the unctions o the organismoverlap on them. Thus, every organ and every cell perorming

a specifc unction in the body has its own speed and range

o biochemical reactions, and consequently, its own spectrum

and specifc characteristics o oscillations (orm and appear-

ance, as well as requency).

Maintaining these oscillations depends on the Q actor o the

resonator cell, organ, tissue or organism as a whole. I the Q ac-tor o the resonator is damaged or corrupted, pathological

electromagnetic vibrations may occur. In the event an existing

sel-regulation and rehabilitation mechanism in the body is not

able to destructure these uctuations, a disease occurs (F. Mo-

rell, 1989). The development o pathological processes leads to

a change in the requency spectrum in the orm o pathological

(disharmonious) oscillations occurring. Abnormal oscillations

can be eliminated using external electromagnetic oscillations.

In a healthy organism, a relative balance o electromagnetic

oscillations that make up the homeostasis is maintained, and in

the event o pathological abnormalities, damage to harmony

o oscillations is observed. Consequently, when maintaining

these variations at the original requency spectrum, this curesthe body.

Impact of the pathological factor on the human body

The body and its unctioning systems are sources o ex-

tremely weak electromagnetic waves in a wide range o re-

quencies. Electromagnetic oscillations are a level o control,

and they stimulate and control all vital processes in the body.

Under the action o pathogenic actors, new sources o elec-

tromagnetic oscillations appear, which are not characteristic

or the body. In event o a disturbance to the dynamic equilib-

rium between physiological and pathological oscillations, an

inormational energy blockade arises, providing an impetus tostart pathological reactions and the ormation o toxins. This

process yields to bio-energy correction.

How does the impact o various toxins on the body happen

and what happens to health? By toxins, we mean any actors

involved, such as viruses, bacteria, microbes, heavy metals,

etc.

Toxins that separately enter the body accumulate in their“territory”, and under the inuence o the earth’s magnetic

feld, orm a cluster.

Fig. 1 Formation o clusters o ragmented toxinswhich have entered the body

Page 9: Youblisher.com-639179-Deta Ritm 13 Guidelines

7

Since toxins are inuenced by internal and external electro-

magnetic felds, they are arranged in strict order and, like a mag-

net, orm poles. Electromagnetic felds o disharmonious nature,

inherent in toxins, are concentrated at these poles. Introducing adisharmonious disturbance to a harmonious system, the cluster

causes the body to work at a dierent requency, which leads to

disruption o the organs and systems.

In cases o atigue and maladjustment o the body to actors o

the surrounding environment, even a slight deviation rom the

resonance requency causes a distinct decrease in amplitude o

the signal o the body, and consequently, there is a decrease o energy in the body. Over time, the body fghts the toxins ever

more weakly, and disease occurs. (Fig. 2)

The main idea o using resonance is that even with a very low

signal, by correct selection o requency, therapeutic eects are

possible which signifcantly enhance the normal (physiological)

oscillations, or weaken the pathological ones, in the biological

system.

Fig. 2 Diagram showing the change in requency range

8

From the data in Fig. 2, it ollows that the shit in the requen-

cy range can be either in the direction o high requencies, or to

lower requencies. A deviation rom the operating requency o

the organ leads to disease.

The development o a pathological process goes through

the ollowing stages:

1. Work o a healthy organ. This condition characterizes the

work o a healthy organ without the inuence o pathologi-

cal actors. In this mode, the body is unctioning properly

and thereore the energy body is normal.2. The frst stage is a temporary mismatch o dierent levels o

the unctioning biosystem. The impact o pathological ac-

tor is weak and atigue in the body does not occur. At this

stage, the energy in the body is enough to return to its nor-

mal state.

3. The second stage is a violation o inormation ows in the

body. The condition characterizes the work o the body in a

mode o unctional strain, i.e. the body works, but is weaker.

At this stage, the body has a disturbed adequate response

to the harmul eects o external actors. This condition is

typical or the state o stress or chronic atigue syndrome.

Sel-recovery is possible, but with active participation in the

recovery o the patient.4. The third stage is metabolic energy. At this stage, there is

violation o the circulation o energy along the meridians.

Energy in the body is not su cient or its normal unction-

ing. At this stage, the body is no longer able to return to a

normal condition without help. Therapeutic procedures are

required or recovery.

Page 11: Youblisher.com-639179-Deta Ritm 13 Guidelines

5. The ourth stage is metabolic disease and the destruction o

structures. This condition characterizes the work o the body

when in disease mode. The body works poorly. Energy in the

body is small and it is unable to resist disease. This gives riseto chronic diseases. With a urther shit o requencies, there

is organ degeneration and death o tissue. This is the fnal

stage o development o disease. Oten at this stage it is not

possible to restore the unction o human organs and sys-

tems. A urther shit in requency leads to death.

Thus, the use o the “DETA Ritm-13” allows the use o a weak electromagnetic feld to cause resonance in the organs and sys-

tems, and thereore harmonize work o the whole body. There-

ore, the device treatment programs are composed o a set o

requencies, each o which operates at a strictly specifed time,

causing resonance in the correct organs and systems.

Medical device “DETA Ritm-13” can program any 13 o the

1,500 available treatment programs. This allows selection o an

individual course o treatment or everyone.

Thousands o people have been able to reduce drugs dos-

ages, and in some cases completely abandon their prescrip-

tions and return lost health. This method o treatment is based

on resonance phenomena, and not orcing organs to perorm

unctions not inherent to them, so electromagnetic therapycannot cause an overdose or exacerbation o the disease. I the

requency causes resonance, then the body needs it and it has

therapeutic eects. This approach ully corresponds to the basic

principle o medical treatment: “Do not do any harm!”.

List of treatment programs

1. “Active protection”

The “Active Protection” programis a universal mode intended to pro-

tect the human body rom external

pathogenic radiation, providing the

body with energy and increasing the

adaptive capacity o the organism.

This does not mean that you switch

on the device and radiation does not

reach you.

The device provides the body with the energy it needs to

fght external harmul actors.

Since the human body exists in a constantly changing in-

ternal and external environment, to which it must constantly

adapt, the alignment o processes and unctions o the bodyare the main actors that maintain health.

Damage to regulatory processes in people is encountered

very oten today. The reasons or this damage are varied: ner-

vous exhaustion, stress, poor unbalanced diet, bad habits, the

impact o an ecologically unavorable environment, etc.

The program consists o several stages:• In the frst stage, the psychological state normalizes, and a-

tigue and exhaustion are relieved.

• In the second and third stage, a total energy charge takes

place. The musculature o the body receives the necessary

energy and so muscle atigue accompanied by pain is elimi-

nated.

• At this stage, regulation o peripheral vessels and the hearttakes place. The energy input is released.

Page 13: Youblisher.com-639179-Deta Ritm 13 Guidelines

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/youblishercom-639179-deta-ritm-13-guidelines 13/36

11

• In this stage, there is an additional charge o energy to the

body. This requency is used in poor healing processes. It has

proved itsel or the treatment or colds.

• To relieve atigue, it is necessary to urther strengthen theunction o the heart. Regulation o the hypothalamus takes

place. Regulation (balance) o metabolism, phosphorus and

calcium. The “Center o Healing” starts.

• This stage is or restoring the protective unctions o the

body and strengthening them.

• The last stage enhances the psychological state o the indi-

vidual. It gives him good spirits. It relieves depression andanxiety disorders.

Application:

The “Active protection” program has worked well or the

prevention o disease, stress, overexertion, atigue etc. Its ap-

plication restores the immune system, relieves atigue, irrita-

bility and tension, improves perormance, attention span and

vitality.

In addition, when working with many people, you can suc-

cessully use this program as a means o individual protection

rom their inuence.

 2. “Regulation of the gastrointestinal tract”

 The “Regulation o the gastroin-

testinal tract” program is a universal

mode or the treatment o digestive

diseases. For lie, people need en-

ergy. They receive that rom ood.

Food cannot be digested without

being processed. Thereore, there

is a digestive system in the body

that combines a number o organsbreaking up ood into substances that the body can absorb.

Digestion is a complex physiological process which consists o

mechanical and chemical processing o ood, absorption o nu-

trients, and excretion o ood which cannot be digested. I any

o these unctions are damaged, the whole digestive system

will suer.

Damage to dietary regimen with spicy, rough or irritatingoods, alcohol consumption, smoking and stress oten results

in abnormalities in one or more unctions o the gastrointes-

tinal tract. Heavy metals, preservatives, dyes, stabilizers and

many drugs and other toxic substances contained in the water

and ood have a negative impact on the unction o the diges-

tive system. Negative emotions, long-term psychological strain

and pathological stimuli rom the aected organs during theirdisease also lead to the development o gastrointestinal pa-

thology. Treatment o disorders o the gastrointestinal tract is

possible in all cases except those requiring emergency medi-

cal care. As is known, prevention o disease is easier than treat-

ment.

Page 15: Youblisher.com-639179-Deta Ritm 13 Guidelines

13

It can be used to prevent and treat various gastrointestinal

tract disorders, such as:

• Gastritis.

• Duodenitis.• Peptic ulcers and 12 duodenal ulcers.

• Colitis.

• Enteritis.

• Pancreatitis.

• Biliary dyskinesia.

• Spasms o various bowel segments.

• Chronic constipation, etc.

Application:

The “Regulation o the gastrointestinal tract” program may

be used at any time required. The optimum time to use the

program is rom 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. In the event o acute illness,

repeat the session in 30 minutes. For treatment, it is necessary

to switch on the device and place it in a breast pocket or close

to the body.

Treatment prognosis is avorable. For successul treatment,

it is recommended to maintain dietary regimen and avoid high

emotional and physical stress.

3. “Heart regulation”

 The “Heart regulation” program is

a universal mode or the treatment

o heart disease.

Damage to the heart may occur

due to structural changes in the con-

duction system, various diseases o

the heart, inuence o vegetative,

endocrine or electrolyte metabolism

abnormalities, intoxication, somemedicinal eects or stress.

“Heart regulation” mode produces:

• Directed inuence on the parasympathetic nervous system.

• Regulation o complex circulation.

• Regulation o the cardiac center and normalization o cardiac

blood supply.• Regulation o blood pressure and stabilization o blood cir-

culation.

• Regulation o the blood supply to all organs.

The heart regulation mode demonstrated good results in treat-

ment o the ollowing diseases:

• Arrhythmia.• Systolic hypertension.

• Stenocardia and spastic hypertension.

• Tachycardia.

• Endocarditis.

• Estrosystolia.

Page 17: Youblisher.com-639179-Deta Ritm 13 Guidelines

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/youblishercom-639179-deta-ritm-13-guidelines 17/36

15

Application:

The “Heart regulation” mode can be used at any time o day.

The optimum time or treatment o heart diseases and blood

supply dysunction is rom 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The device shouldbe placed in the breast pocket or next to the heart. The device

can be placed in a breast pocket.

The program relieves cardiovascular system spasms.

In the case o severe heart diseases (cardiac pacemaker, myo-

cardial inarction), the device should be placed at a distance o

0.5 m. During treatment, physical strain should be avoided.

Attention! The program should not used within two months o

myocardial inarction.

4. “Regulation of circulation”

The program is designed to regu-

late general and local circulation.

Every cell in our bodies needs oxy-

gen and nutrients and to release car-

bon dioxide and waste substances.

However, the exchange o cells with

the surroundings is only possible i

the circulatory system is unctioning

well. Severe pathological changescan develop in poor, disrupted circulation in various organs

and tissues. The resources o the cardiovascular system orm

a most important actor in ensuring active longevity. Disrup-

tion o arterial circulation in the large and medium arteries and

veins dramatically reduces working e ciency and stamina.

A slowing o the ow o resh blood to the capillarybed reduces

the quality o microcirculation.

Page 18: Youblisher.com-639179-Deta Ritm 13 Guidelines

16

There is a depletion o blood in the capillaries, and the nutri-

tion o cells and excretion o toxins rom the intercellular space

is disrupted. Then there is stagnation o blood in the capillar-

ies and veins, the walls o veins become stretched and varicosedisease begins. Further, inammation and thrombosis o these

veins oten develops.

The “Regulation o circulation” mode produces:

• Directed inuence on capillaries.

• Recovery rom local circulation dysunction.

• Regulation o complex circulation.• Regulation o the cardiac center and normalization o cardiac

blood supply.

• Regulation o oxygen consumption.

• Treatment o varicose veins and restoration o circulation.

• Regulation o the blood supply center as well as regulation o

blood supply to all organs.

Application:

The “Regulation o Blood Circulation” program can be used

at any time o the day i needed. The optimum time or treat-

ment o heart diseases and blood supply dysunction is rom 11

a.m. to 1 p.m. The device must be placed in a breast pocket or

close to the body.

Attention! The program should not used within one month o

myocardial inarction. In the case o severe heart diseases (car-

diac pacemaker, myocardial inarction), the device should be

placed at a distance o 0.5 m.

5. “Regulation and kidney cleansing”

Ater the liver, the kidneys repre-

sent the second most important or-

gan in the body. They are involved in

the removal o waste products and

toxins rom the body. They regulate

water and electrolyte exchange, ac-

id-base balance, sodium concentra-

tion in the body and the volume and

pressure o blood and liquids. Theywithdraw excessive water rom the body as well as urea, cre-

atinine, uric acid and salts. The inuence o damaging actors,

such as cold, bacterial inection and metabolic disorders, leads

to various diseases o the kidneys and urinary tract. Eventually,

it leads to renal insu ciency. In cases o kidney dysunction,

the patient suers rom the ormation o salt stones such as

urates, oxalates and phosphates. An important role in stoneormation is attributable to the liver since it generates urea,

which is removed through the kidneys. So, we can again see

how the dysunction o one organ can lead to dysunction o

the other, especially the kidneys. It also indicates the necessity

o a complex approach to the issue o cleansing the body.

The standards o water use should be remembered: not less

than 30 ml. per kilogram o body weight. This enables deeper cleansing o the body.

During operation o this program, increased urination may

be experienced.

Application:

The “Regulation and kidney cleansing” mode can be used at

any time o the day i needed. The device must be placed in a

breast pocket or next to the body. I necessary, in the event o

toxic or inectious damage to the body, repeat the program in

30 minutes. The optimum time to use the program is rom 5

p.m. to 7 p.m.

6. “Regulation of the male urogenital system”

The “Regulation o the male uro-

genital system” mode is designed to

treat diseases o the male genitouri-

nary system.

The program covers a wide range

o men’s issues and is very useul ormen o all ages. The older a man, the

more this program is needed. The

most common problem o the uro-

genital system in men is prostate disease. It is known that by

age 60, hal o men have a benign tumor o the prostate, and

one in three people aged 18 to 80 suering rom prostatitis.

Thereore, the need or preventive measures to reduce the risk

o these diseases and reduce the potential consequences is ob-

vious.

The program is used to treat and prevent diseases and condi-

tions such as:

• Urination disorders• Adenomas o the prostate

• Prostatitis (acute and chronic)

• Cystitis

• Urethritis

• Orchitis

• Potency disorders

The main eect o the program lies in the regulation o unc-

tions o the hypothalamus-pituitary-genital gland system. The

unction o the testicles and prostate is regulated. The program

is a basis or the prevention and treatment o impotency.

Application:

For treatment, it is necessary to carry out sessions daily. The

optimum time or use is rom 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. For prevention,

the program may be used 1-2 times a week. The device must be

placed in a trouser pocket or close to the body.

7. “Regulation of the female urinary system”

The “Regulation o the emale uri-

nary system” program is used to treat

the emale genitourinary system.

The program covers a wide range

o women’s issues and is very useul

or women o all ages.

The program covers a wide range

o diseases o emale genital area:

• Premenstrual syndrome (premen-

strual tension);

• Menopause (correction and treatment o menopausal disor-

ders is carried out in order to improve the quality o lie inpre-menopausal women, including psychological and sexual

issues);

• Metabolic syndrome (syndrome with disturbance o men-

strual and reproductive unction with a background o obe-

sity);

• Postnatal obesity;

• Correction o various disorders o the menstrual cycle;• Dysunction o the ovaries;

• Amenorrhea (absence o menstruation);

• Oligomenorrhea (inrequent menstruation);

• Hyperpolymenorrhea (requent and heavy menstruation);

• Dysmenorrhea (painul menstruation);• Functional ovarian cysts;

• Hysteromyoma, etc.

The main eect o the program lies in the regulation o unc-

tions o the hypothalamus-pituitary-genital gland system. Ses-

sions may be conducted not only or treatment o emale uro-

genital diseases, but also or their prevention. For treatment, it is necessary to carry out sessions daily. The

optimum time to use the program is rom 9 p.m. to 11 p.m.

For prevention, the program should be used once a week.

Attention! The program should not be used during pregnancy

or i a woman plans to become pregnant (see Contraindica-

tions to electromagnetic therapy).

8. “Back fatigue”

The “Back atigue” mode is de-

signed or treatment o the spine.

The spine bears the ull load o the

body. Spinal injuries oten occurwhile carrying heavy objects. Such

injuries usually happen to athletes

and individuals engaged in hard

physical labor. A predisposition to

spinal injuries begins in childhood

and comes rom an incorrect sitting position. As a rule, people

visit the doctor regarding their back pain when manual therapy

is required.

In most cases, help can be provided and the pain can be

eliminated. But what has to be done to avoid spinal injuries in

the uture?

The “Back atigue” program is good or this.

The “Back atigue” mode has shown good results:

• In relieving muscle spasm.

• In the treatment o osteochondrosis.

• In the treatment o scoliosis.

• In the treatment o spinal injuries.

• In damage to intervertebral discs.• In relieving back pain against a background o osteochon-

drosis.

• In the treatment o vertebral artery syndrome.

• In the treatment o lumbago.

Application:

The “Back atigue” program may be used at any time re-

quired. The device should be placed in the immediate vicinity

o the injured part o the spine.

9. “Anti-stress (somnipathy)”

 The “Anti-stress (somnipathy)”

program is a universal mode intend-

ed or stress elimination and treat-

ment o sleep dysunction.

The word “stress” is no longer only

considered a scientifc term. It is o-

ten used when speaking about ex-

periencing shock, trouble or ear.

The term “stress” was introducedby Canadian scientist Hans Selier (1936), who described stress

as a reaction to neuropsychological strain that occurs in ex-

traordinary situations and is intended to mobilize the body’s

deense mechanism. A moderate level o neuropsychological

strain results in emotional or creative excitement. However, ex-

cessive or long-lasting stress (chronic stress) leads to a decrease

o cerebral activity. It results in decompensation o energy con-sumption and the unctioning o internal organs. In this regard,

there are avorable conditions or the development o neurosis

and hypertension.

In our day-to-day activity, we are regularly exposed to stress.

It is very important to eliminate its inuence rather than ignor-

ing it. Ignoring stress also represents stress or the body.

The program has proved itsel or use in the ollowing cases:

• Sleep disturbances.

• Stress.

• Insomnia.

• Increased mental and physical stress.

• Neuroses.

• Depression.

 The program perorms the ollowing:

• Relieves vagal stimulation and normalizes the sympathetic

nervous system.

• Regulates the nervous system and decreases tearulness andirritability.

• Regulates the limbic system.

• Normalizes the state o mind.

• Regulation o sleep, control over the process and depth o

sleep.

• Treatment o sleep disorders (sleep phase).

This program has shown positive results in the treatment o

mental exhaustion.

Application:

The “Anti-stress (somnipathy)” program should be used be-

ore sleep. When you go to bed, place the device under your

pillow. When the program is complete, the device switches o

automatically. I you do not all asleep ater the program is fn-

ished, repeat the session.

Attention! This mode should not be used at work or while driv-

ing. The manuacturer does not bear any responsibility or any

car accidents occurring while the program is operating.

10. “Deep body cleansing”

The liver is the main laboratory o

the body and it plays an important

role. It perorms a barrier unction

and is involved in digestion, circula-

tion and all types o metabolism. It

perorms over 70 unctions. The ul-

timate product o the liver is bile. It

is not only the waste rom the liver’s

unction, but it is also widely in-volved in digestion.

The “Deep body cleansing” program is a mode intended or

the removal o toxins o various origins rom the body.

The program is recognized to be quite eective in remov-

ing toxins o molecular weight less than 4,000, including snake

venom. In other words, it is eective or toxins that can be

removed through the vascular system. The molecular weighto microbes, bacteria and viruses is over 4,000. The toxins are

eliminated through the lymphatic system.

The “Deep body cleansing” mode regulates the unction o

the hepatobiliary system.

It can be used to prevent and treat disorders, such as:

• Cirrhosis o the liver• Toxic and inectious damage to the liver

• Chronic aggressive hepatitis

• Chronic persistent hepatitis

• Cholecystitis.

Application:

The optimum time to use the program is rom 11 a.m.

to 1 p.m.

Page 27: Youblisher.com-639179-Deta Ritm 13 Guidelines

25

The device must be placed in a breast pocket or next to the

body. I necessary, in the event o toxic or inectious damage to

the body, repeat the program in 30 minutes.

In severe poisoning, that is, by ooding the body with poisonthat electromagnetic therapy is eective enough. It should be

taken into account that, in such cases, the biochemical inu-

ence o the toxin is much stronger than the eect o electro-

magnetic inormation can overcome. In this case, urgent inter-

vention is necessary.

11. “Atherosclerosis” Hypercholesterolemia is not a

disease, but a risk actor or athero-

sclerosis. This term denotes the high

content o cholesterol in the blood.

Generally, cholesterol is a substance

that the body needs or a number o

important processes. On the basis o

cholesterol, sex hormones as well as

adrenal hormones (corticosteroids)

are synthesized. Bile acids necessary or a normal digestion

process are produced in the liver rom it.

Cholesterol orms part o cell membranes. Nevertheless, ex-

cessive amounts o cholesterol in the blood leads to the or-mation o atherosclerotic plaques. Factors that increase blood

cholesterol include smoking, being overweight or obese/

overeating or lack o physical activity, an unhealthy diet (atty

meats, at), lack o trace elements and vitamins, and alcohol

abuse, as well as some endocrine disorders, including diabetes

and a lack o thyroid and sex hormones.

Atherosclerosis is one o the most pressing diseases o thecentury. It is among the top our most common diseases and

26

causes o death. The essence o the disease lies in the act that

large arteries are clogged by so-called atheromas which inter-

ere with the normal blood supply to organs, especially the

heart and brain.Reducing blood cholesterol levels to normal halts the devel-

opment o atherosclerosis. Its level can be primarily be reduced

through diet. A diet should be chosen to reduce the content o

animal at. In addition, you need to eat oods high in fber (ruit,

vegetables, bran) and pectin (apples, black currants, etc.). They

help remove intestinal cholesterol.

Use o the “Cholesterol” program will:

• reduce blood cholesterol,

• reduce the risk o atherosclerosis,

• help clear and strengthen blood vessels.

Application:

Program is recommended in courses o at least 1 month in

duration. The more pronounced the disturbance o lipid ex-

change, the longer it is necessary to use the program.

For prevention, the program can be used 1-2 times a week.

12. “Elimination of visual fatigue”

Tired eyes occur to varying de-

grees in any work involving vision.

With requent atigue (e.g. due to

prolonged work in ront o a com-

puter, watching TV, reading in dim

light, etc.), visual impairment rapidly

progresses. In addition to visual ab-

normalities, stress can cause muscle

spasms in the ace and headaches. However, this is at its greatest when using devices with high

brightness, such as when working with a computer. Such work

is becoming more and more widespread, and many o the sta

in city o ces spend 8-10 hours a day on a computer. Since the

beginning o computerization, experts increasingly began to

notice that users develop computer vision syndrome, a spe-

cifc orm o eye atigue, which has several causes. The mostimportant is the maladjustment o the human visual system in

perceiving the image on the display. In addition, when working

on a computer, the user oten has to move the eyes rom the

screen to the keyboard, which are at dierent distances, and

this does not provide enough time or relaxation, leading to

overwork.

The main symptoms o eye atigue are blurred vision, di -culty in moving site rom a close object to one urther away, or

vice versa, an apparent change in the color o objects, a burn-

ing sensation in the eyes, and redness o the eyelids.

Application:

Use o the program helps relieve eye atigue and can be used

at any time required.

28

Prevention:

For every hour o hard work, rest your eyes or 10-15 minutes.

The best thing to do is look out the window: admire the scen-

ery, looking away rom close objects to distant ones, or the sky.

Adjust the position and brightness o the monitor, as well

as lighting in the workplace and premises in general. Avoid

sudden changes in lighting (such as working with a brightly lit

monitor in a dark room). Work in a comortable position. For

good vision a good blood supply is important.

Thereore, when taking a break rom the monitor, exercise ormassage the neck area.

13. “Anti-Pain”

 The “Anti-Pain” program is intend-

ed to eliminate pain o individual

cause. Pain, according to R. Voll, is

the tissue’s cry or owing energy.

This program does not cover all

types o pain that humans suer

rom, but we have tried to cover as

many as possible.

Listed below are the types o pain

or which this program is most eective:• Earache.

• Toothache.

• Pain rom osteochondrosis or damage to the spine.

• Gastrogenic headache.

• Headache rom diseases o the urogenital area.

• Headache rom diseases o the visual organs.

• Headache rom diseases o the small and large intestines.• Headache rom meningitis.

• Headache rom dysunction o the parathyroid glands.

• Headache rom impairment to cerebral blood vessels.

• Headache rom ovarian dysunction.

• Headache rom premenstrual tension syndrome.• Headache o endocrine origin due to pituitary gland dys-

unction.

• Headache o endocrine origin due to ovarian dysunction.

• Headache caused by hormonal disorders.

• Vascular headache o various origins.

• Tonsillogenic headache.

Application:

The “Anti-Pain” program may be used at any time required.

I an hour ater the program the pain has not gone, the session

should be repeated.
