In case of purchasing the products listed in the promotion, points can be earned, which can be redeemed for gifts.The promotion is valid for those foreign (non Hungarian registered) persons, companies or associations (CLIENT) who deal with floorings as a reseller or as a contractor, and they purchase the goods directly from Graboplast.The manager of the CLIENT determines which Co-worker is entitled to the gifts.The Claimer needs to fill out the gift order form and send it to our address: Graboplast Zrt, H-9023 Győr, Fehérvári út 16/b, Hungary, to the attention of Ms. Emese Orosz, OR through E-mail to: [email protected].
The invoices used once in the promotion can not be reused during this promotion or in any other Graboplast promotions or prizes.
• Points can be earned only with purchase of Grabo Plank-It LVT product. The product in the promotion must be ordered AND invoiced by Graboplast to the CLIENT between 17th of July 2017, and 30th of September 2017.
• Depending on the amount of goods purchased, bonus points are earned the following way: 1 sqm of Grabo Plank-It is worth 1 point.
• In order to claim a gift minimum 100 points are needed. The bonus points can not be transferred from the current promotion to a future one. Additional bonus points can not be purchased.
• Gift order form is accepted only from a person who is authorized by the CLIENT with his statement on the order form. We can accept only one claim for one invoice.
• The gift order forms must be received by Graboplast before 15th of October 2017. After this deadline order forms are not accepted.
• Graboplast does not guarantee the stock availability of all the SKU’s of the product included in this promotion, thus Graboplast is not responsible if the delivery of the goods is not possible due to lack of stocks in the promotional period.
• We will confirm every claim received. Organizing the delivery of the gifts is possible after the evaluation of the claims and the full settlement of the respective invoices. This process might take about 28 days.
• In case of late payment of an invoice included in the promotion, the gift can not be delivered and the claim must be cancelled.
• In case the selected gift is not available, Graboplast will deliver an alternative product with comparable or superior specification.
• The participation in the promotion is voluntary. The applicant takes part in the promotion by its own will, and definitely agrees with the current Regulation and undertakes to accept its prescriptions and instructions.
• In case any tax or any other associated cost is to be paid related to the gift delivered, it should be settled by the recipient.
• Graboplast maintains its right to withdraw or amend the current promotion any time.
