Eating on the run too often
ends up with you consuming too many fats and leaving you overweight.
Learning to eat a balanced diet can help maintain a proper weight, providing energy, and supplying nutrients for good health.

Caloric Intake
When your body uses the same amount of calories daily that you eat daily, your weight stays the same.
If you eat fewer calories than your body needs, you lose weight.
It is just as important to eat healthy calories as it is important to eat the correct amount of calories.
*Many health problems relate to poor diets.
Cholesterol
-Your body needs fat, but too much can make you gain weight and lead to high cholesterol.
-Your body does need cholesterol, but too much is harmful and could lead to high blood pressure.
-In order to lower cholesterol, eat less meat, use oil-free dressings, and avoid fried foods.
*At your next physical examination, ask your doctor about your cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels. You may be surprised to find you need to change your diet.
