IRA Charitable RolloverIRA Charitable Rollover

Until December 31 2011, Individuals 70 ½ or older can transfer up to $100,000 from an IRA to charity without federal tax implications.

This allows individuals to make larger gifts, use their Required Minimum Distribution for a good cause and minimize the impact on taxes.
