Starting with Ashtanga Vinyasa in the morning, it is followed by relaxing pranayama sessions. Later on we have scheduled Human Anatomy, Yoga philosophy, Ayurvedic treatments, Hatha yoga etc. The day ends with a soothing yoga nidra meditation to allow the students to have a deep sleep.
