Trinity YogaYoga for Strength – Vishnu YogaFirst practice of the Trinity Yoga Series

In Yoga for Strength, we will hold poses longer and focus on core training to increase the power of the body. Yoga for Strength will tone and sculpt your body, build lean muscle mass, deepen your flexibility, increase performance in any activity, and will help you to recover or reduce your risk of injury.

Yoga for Weight Loss – Brahma YogaSecond practice of the Trinity Yoga Series

In Yoga for Weight loss, we will focus on continuous movement to generate heat in the body to create weight loss. This class will increase your metabolism; help to promote fat burn, increase caloric burn on and off your mat.

Yoga for R&R – Shiva YogaThird practice of the Trinity Yoga Series(Rejuvenate and Restore)

A practice to Rejuvenate and to Restore. Begins with a 30-minute energizing, invigorating Power Flow and ends with 30-minutes of Restorative Yoga.
