STRENGTH & YOGA: Come for 45 minutes of core fusion and light weights for strength and 45 minutes of deep stretching and Yoga. CORE YOGA: 50 minutes of Yoga focused on centering and strengthening your core. PILATES: Based on the workout of Joseph Pilates, this class improves flexibility and strength through core training. Focus includes concentraon, control, breathing, and balance. Designed for all fitness levels.
