1) Treasurer’s Report

• We have £629.97 not including the money raised from the party.

2) Party Feedback

• What did you think about last night’s party?• Would you like us to organise similar/different events in

3) Llangollen Visit

• Next Saturday.• AT...• Would you like more events like this in future?• Any ideas?

4) Summer Activities• Calendar of all the exciting activities planned for the

summer – both official YMG ones and anything planned in addition.

• Will be printed in the guards room and pendre for you to write your events on, and also *hopefully* available on TROPs where you can submit your events in a similar way to which you would your bookings.

• Also – 2 day trips have been considered already; a full programme will be available soon and published on the calendar.

Two Day Trips

Event Posters

• Any event posters will be circulated around in good time, but will also *hopefully* be available online on TROPs.

• Are there any suggestions for possible events?

5) YMG Film Project• Short video written, directed, filmed and acted by the

YMG.• Hoped to be used on YMG Day 2010; shown on a loop

in the Slater Room for the general public to find out what the YMG are all about.

• Should include working parties, general volunteering and support for new volunteers, socials, fundraising.

• Any volunteers welcome – we need to get started as soon as reasonably possible.

6) Summer Working Project

• The East Shed doors have been in need of repair for a while now – this was originally a YMG project.

• We hope to complete this task, perhaps over two days in cooperation with the engineers for guidance and materials.

• Any suggestions? Any other projects?

7) Fundraising Event

• We propose a carriage push in the format of a race – two teams trying to get to the BBQ at Nant Gwernol the quickest – rally style timed stages.

8) YMG Day 2010

• This should be a very exciting day next summer.• We would like as many suggestions as possible –

previous years have been very successful and we would like to include and improve previous ideas.

• Any suggestions?• If you think of anything later.. Please contact one of the

committee.
