2020 YMCA CAMP WINONA DATES

CABIN LIFESharing living quarters and responsibilities with a group of same-aged campers from various cities and states is a great opportunity for growth and long lasting friendships to be made. It is also a lot of fun! Making independent decisions, as well as a cabin group, working as a team, and learning how to compromise are just a few of the character building lessons for each camper to experience at YMCA Camp Winona. Cabin assignments are made according to gender and age. With no more than a 6:1 camper to camp staff ratio, this allows your campers to spend their week safely and thriving!

CAMP ACTIVITIESEach camper participates in land and water activities daily. Campers will have the opportunity to choose their activities based on their interests and will learn new skills. Some of our activities include archery, riflery, arts and crafts, team building, team sports, dance, drama, outdoor living, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing and fishing. All of our activities are intentional and build upon our four core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
