Doyle Sam, P.Eng.Vice President, Transmission and DistributiollFortisBC Illc.

Doyle Sam is FortisBC's Vice President of Transmission and Distribution responsible for theplanning, engineering, and daily operations of the transmission and distribution system.

Doyle joined FortisBC in 2003. From 1999 to 2002, Doyle served as General Manager forTransAlta Utilities responsible for all operations of a power generating station in Alberta. Priorto that, Doyle held a number of engineering, planning and project management positions withinTransAlta Utilities' Transmission and Generation departments.

Doyle holds a Masters of Business Administration (2000) from Queens University and aBachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (1989) from the University of Alberta. He is also amember of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geoscientists of British Columbia. He isalso a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists ofAlberta.

Keith SonesProject Manager, Project PlallllillgFortisBC Illc.

Keith Sones has worked in the electrical utility business since 1990. Keith Sones hasbeen with FortisBC and it's predecessors since 1996. From that time until 2000, heserved as the Manager, Safety and Health, responsible for all aspects of employee andpublic safety and health. In 2000 Keith became the Manager, Transmission andDistribution Operations, overseeing all powerline operation and construction. In 2003Keith accepted a role as a senior project manager, ensuring safe and cost effective capitalprojects.

Prior to joining FortisBC, Keith spent six years with BC Hydro as a health and safetyprofessional, specializing in construction project work.

Keith has a Diploma of Technology in Occupational Health and Safety from the BritishColumbia Institute of Technology. He is also a past recipient of Safety Professional ofthe Year honor, awarded by the Canadian Society of Safety Engineers.

Andy Ferraro, P. Eng.Senior System Plallllillg EllgilleerFortisBC Illc.

Andy Ferraro is a Senior System Planning Engineer with FortisBC Inc.

Andy is responsible for planning the transmission system of the FortisBC electrical system.

Andy has 38 years of utility experience as a professional engineer, including Generation,Transmission, Distribution and Customer Service, in roles of planning, testing, operationsupport, and energy management with utility networks up to and including 500 kV.

Andy joined FortisBC in 2001 as a Regional Engineer responsible for distribution plmming andoperations support for the Kootenay region. Prior to joining FortisBC he worked for BC Hydroand Ontario Hydro.

Andy holds a Bachelor Degree of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the Universityof British Columbia (1968). He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers,Geoscientists of British Columbia.
