YES PRP Kit Instructions for Use

Equipment for PRP Extraction

1.  YES PRP KIT was developed by a medical doctor who fully understands a medical staff's needs for easy, safe and effec ve procedure based on advanced bio‐logical technologies. 

2.  The extrac on method is simple and unique, helping to avoid air and/or device mediated contamina on. 

3.  No need to use needles. 'YES PRP KIT' uses only syringe to syringe movements. 4.  You save  me u lizing a simple extrac on process. 5.  You can watch the movement of Buffy‐coat (which is floa ng inside the plasma) 

with your naked eye. 6.  RBC inclusion volume can be controlled by the physician.   Depending on your treatment you can now modify your protocol as required. If you are intending to use a CRT roller in conjunc on with any treatment, it is recommended you apply a topical numbing cream 15 minutes prior to the start of any treatment.  

a.  For aesthe c uses, inject the PRP into areas requiring a en on; if possible use the PPP as a topical agent in conjunc on with a CRT roller. 

b.  For orthopedic treatment, have the physician inject PRP solu on into the joint or area requiring treatment. 

c.  For Hair growth, inject the PRP solu on in the areas where there is s ll follicle life, use the PPP as a topical agent a er deploying a CRT roller in the same area. 

Characteristics of YES PRP KIT

Accessories required:  a.  3.50 cc of An coagulant b.  .50cc of Calcium Chloride (CaCl2 ) 10% c.  .50cc of 2% Lidocaine  

Make sure the push rod moves smoothly.  Draw 3.50 cc of An coagulant into a 20cc syringe (I)  

a.  Draw blood from the pa ent filling the 20cc syringe (I) which already contains the 3.50mL An coagulant b.  A er drawing blood, remove the needle, cap the 20cc syringe (I) and shake to mix the blood and An coagulant 

thoroughly. 

a.  Remove cap from 20cc syringe (I) containing blood and An coagulant b.  Place transfer (C) in 20cc syringe (I) c.  Remove cap (B) from YES PRP Cylinder (A)‐do not discard d.  Connect 20cc syringe (I) filled with blood to the YES PRP Cylinder (A) by using the transfer connector e.  Move the drawn blood and An coagulant to the YES PRP Cylinder (A) by pushing down the upper 20cc syringe’s (I) 

push rod f.  This figure shows the final appearance a er the blood has been transferred to the YES PRP Cylinder (A) 

a.  Separate YES PRP Cylinder (A) from 20cc syringe (I) b.  Replace cap (B) on YES PRP Cylinder (A) 

a.  Set your centrifuge to 2,500 RPM b.  Set the  mer for 8 minutes c.  Select so  start and no braking  me 

This figure shows the appearance once centrifuga on is complete. Inside the YES PRP Cylinder (A) you will see PPP at the top, PRP in the middle, Buffy Coat (slightly cream color)  just below PRP and RBC at the bo om.  

a.  A er centrifuga on, remove cap (B) and connect transfer (C) to YES PRP Cylinder (A)  b.  Connect YES PRP Cylinder (A) to 5cc syringe (E) using transfer (C) c.  Open bo om cap (figure 1) of YES PRP Cylinder (A) d.  Insert screw rod (D) into bo om of YES PRP Cylinder (A) e.  Gently turn screw rod (D) upward forcing PPP into a ached 5cc syringe (E) f.  Remove 5cc syringe (E) which is filled with PPP g.  Discard used transfer (C)   

a.  Place new transfer (C) on YES PRP Cylinder (A) b.  A ach 10cc syringe (G) to YES PRP Cylinder (A) c.  Gently turn screw rod (D) pushing PRP and Buffy 

Coat (slightly cream color) into 10cc syringe (G) being careful to watch window in the connector and stop when you see wisps of RBC’s 

a.  Remove 10cc syringe (G) from transfer (C)  b.  Replace cap onto 10cc syringe (G) c.  Shake 10cc syringe (G) mixing PRP and Buffy Coat (slightly cream color)  d.  Depending on the total yield add an amount of CaCl2 equal to 5% to the syringe and then add .50cc of 2% Lidocaine. e.  Mix all the contents together by shaking the syringe for a minimum of 60 seconds.
