PROCESSINGPacific Treasure Tuna are wild-caught and brought to near-shore facilities fresh for processing. The tuna are washed, headed, and cut into loins. Skin and bloodlines are fully removed, resulting in a high yield and uniform color for loins, steaks, and saku cuts. The products are treated, frozen, glazed, inspected and packed. All products are checked by a metal detector.
