Y E L L O W S H O R T S C L U BMissionThe Yellow Shorts Club, in partnership with Eagles Pride, is a Men’s Track & Field - Cross Country specific program designed to build relationships with alumni and friends for the betterment of Eastern Michigan University Men’s Track & Field - Cross Country.

ImportanceEMU Men’s Track & Field - Cross Country has a legendary tradition of excellence including Conference, National and Olympic success. External support is vital for the program to remain successful on the conference and national levels.

Goal & ImpactContributions toward the goal of $30,000 will support program enhancements such as new equipment, including an Alter G treadmill that has become an essential piece of technology for training and rehabilitation. Contributions will also be counted toward the “A Tribute to a Legacy” celebration of the history of Track & Field - Cross Country at EMU and to add Coach Bob Parks’ name permanently to the EMU Track complex, to be renamed as the Olds-Marshall-Parks Track.
