Common Precaution on Fitting Products

WARNINGDo not use these products in following conditions below:1> Uses other than those specified and in conditions indicated for the particular product.2> Never touch the release sleeve of one-touch fittings when they are pressurized.(It may cause tube separation, resulting in potentially dangerous situations).3> Places subject to excessive external pressure due to pulling, bending & twisting.(It may cause body breakdown, resulting in potentially dangerous situations).4> Places subject to excessive vibration, impact, rotation and bending.5> Places exposed to corrosive fluid, flammable fluid, chemicals, sea water, water & vapor6> Water or other fluids at temperatures of 60°C or higher may cause hydrolysis due to heat,and it can also deform the tube and fitting.7> Do not use the product where weld spatters occur as fire may break out.8> Do not use the product where it is directly exposed to fluids such as cutting oil,lubricating oil and coolant oil

CAUTION1> Assemble the pipe only after cleaning impurities such as dust.2> When connecting a tube to fitting products, check out the Tolerance of the Outer Diameter of the tube.3> Push the tube in the end of the fitting.4> The product can suffer damage or the screw may break causing quality problems when the product is assembled using excessive pressure.5> If it is assembled using less pressure, it may cause leakage due to the loosened screw.6> Fittings product are used in connections to transport air smoothly. Avoid using them for other purpose.

Prepare the tube,tube cutter,fitting connection,monkey wrench.

Cut the tube at right angle with the axis using a tube cutter.

Tighten the connectionwith the spanner ormonkey wrenchobserving the torquerange.

Make sure the tube isinserted properly.

Make sure the pressure in the tube is zero before releasing the tube from the fitting productTo release the tube, press the release ring regularly at the end and pull the tube with one hand.Cut the pressed part of the tube for reuse of the released tube.

Applications– These fittings are full metal fittings and suitable for the heavy pneumatic applications.

Features– Full Metal Fittings is high performing, extremely compact push-in full metal fitting.

These fittings are ready for use as all threads are PTFE pre-applied and no tools are requested to guarantee tight and pressure resistant assemblies.

The hose connection is made possible by the presence of a stainless steel gripper and by an O-ring inside of the fitting.

To connect, simply push the tubing until it bottoms and stainless steel teeth to grip onto the tubing and hold it captive.

The great advantage of our special PTFE coating on threads is that the fittings can be used several times without peeling off.

The rapid fittings come in different versions and are easily fitted without the use of a spanner.

They can also be used with rigid PA tubes. A locking nut is provided and can be tightened both manually and with a spanner.

The special shape of the guiding cone ensures that the tube cannot be accidentally cut.

The so called "Nut Fittings" are designed with a nozzle whose shape guarantees the tubing perfect tightness simply by finger tightening the nut.

The Rapid Fittings range includes some swivelling fittings that after the assembling can freely swivel. The big advantage of this line is that the connected tube is allowed a 360° rotation on the fixing axle.

pressure connections for a completely new purpose. To create “Misting”.

Water at 70 bar pressure is channelled through hoses and sprayed through nozzles as millions of very fine mist drops, creating that way a refreshing effect all around a specific area.

Misting, as a cost effective, energy saving and non polluting technique is used both in industrial and commercial fields to control odours and humidity, to set dusts, to cool down indoor and outdoor temperatures.
