Your heart starts to race. That kick of adreanaline. A suddenenergy. Faster, faster and faster. Out of control. It's dizzying.

And it feels amazing.

It's knowing you have that football safe in your arms as you chargedown to the end-line. It's hitting that high-note, perfect, in front ofhundreds. It's finishing the very last problem on the algebra II final.It's that incredible slam as you attack the ball over the top of thenet. It's slipping completely into character up on stage. It's thatsatisfying crack of a bat against a ball for a home-run. It's whenthe music hits you and nothing else matters but dancing like foolswith your friends.

This is high school. Our teenage years are going by fast. Makemistakes. Learn from them. Stay out too late. Laugh a lot. Learnas much as you can. Let your heart beat crazy and wild. Feel

Tests, notes, and then tests again. It seemslike that's all there is to life in school. It'senough to make anybody go mad. Yetschoolwork is not the only thing that makesup students' lives. It's during those days ofBronco Week where we define just howcrazy we are, and it's in those dancesduring Homecoming and Prom that wereally let loose. The real student life is inthose moments where a student is morethan just a student, but a part of the whole.We are Broncos, but we are also theindividual personalities of students thatmake up this school.
