On residential I spent 3 nights and 4 days a

Belchamps (near Southend). I did a lot of activities

e.g. rock climbing, caving simulator, archery, trav-

ersing, high board ,team building,. In my cabin I

had Jamelia, Demi h, Nicola, Olivia, Beth, me and

Chevie.. We all had a great time . We got intogroups of 11 and we stayed with them for 4 days

(for the teams to do all the actives). In my team

were: Kieran ,Krystal, Gerald, Reece ,Sharnai , Jack

Elkins and Demi Beckwith -my best friend. It was an

On the 28th may the school did sparks will y at

the Sporng Village with Nicola, Connor c,

Courtney ,Sasha, Tibby, Leah, Ryan T, Abi L, me ,

Jayson, Bolla, Taylor, and Amy. We did a great

job and we also got picked for opening the

Olympics games

ceremony.

On residential had to think of names for our

Rooms and we called oursznunzIt was really fun we had a great time on

residential, that is one of the memories we

shall keep...

My me at northlands has been great ! But I cant

stay forever as much as Id want to, I cant. Over

the years I have represented the school : dis-

tricts , cricket and spring games also swimming

and many more ..I really enjoyed the trips at Northlands : Tilbury ,

Duxford , Harlow and more which I cant possibly

think of.When I came to Northlands it inspired me to do

more sports because at rst I wasn't really into

sports but I am now and I've improved .I'm most proud of .. When I made it to the dis-

tricts nals for throwing .

Some of the acvies:esidential was amazing. There were 3 rooms for boys, and 3 for

irls. Room 1 boys were called z nunz, room 1 girls were called

he Cheeky Girls. Room 2 Boys were called The Purple Dragons,

nd Room 2 Girls were Called Flame. Room 3 girls were calledhe Essex Fireflies, and room 3 boys were called The Under 80

amburgers. We were all put into activity groups, and had many

ctivities. One of the funny things that happened, was when Ka-

ey and Paige had Mr. Watts on a rope, but they let him go and

e fell into some crates! We all burst out laughing, and he would-

t let Kasey and Paige forget it!

n Free time, we stayed in our rooms, or went out on the field. In

ur room, we all played murder in the dark, and it was so fun!

On the field, we all played Dares, and it was hilarious! The adultswere kind enough to let us have about 30 minutes Free Time be-

ore we went to bed, giving us time to shower and brush our

eeth. In that Free Time, we also played amazing games. We

ound out that we are easily amused, as whenever anybody fell

ver in their sleeping bags, we laughed very hard!

n our room inspections we got 19, but the room opposite us were

creaming their heads off, when Gerald opened the door and

elled: WE GOT 20! and slammed the door again.

On World Book Day

thMay 2012 Ryan Tomkins (me) joined a

group called sparks will y it was at the

sporng village. The dance was run by one of

our teachers called Mrs Rowland, who was

giving us ideas for the dance. When we got

inside the hall it looked small then we saw it

was humungous it had like almost 500 seats.

The street party for the diamond jubilee.WHEN WE GOT TO SCHOOL I SAW EVERY BODYS AWESOME COSTUMES THERE WERE PEOPLE

WITH UNION JACK CLOTHES AND PEOPLE WITH STRIPES. Then at lunch the tables were set up for

the jubilee.

My memories

remember my buddy in year 3 and all the trips we went on

hroughout all of the 4 years in Northlands .The trips in Northlands consisted of Museums, outdoor cen-

res and hikes .The residenal had some great mes , all of the acvies

were absolutely amazing . The acvies that involved going to

high altude made my body overload with adrenaline. Free

me was best as me and my roommates played zombies and

worms zombies involved one person pretending to be a zom-

bie and are desned to end the lives of all the other people.

Worms however involved one person gets in their sleeping

bags and trying to eat the others inhumanly.My Friends : Connor , Joe, Harry ,Ryan ,Lewis, Jamie , Max ,

Mason, Gerald, Harry h, Jack knight. And thats all .Overall perspecve : It Gave me good Memories.
