One Year course on offer
•If you do not get C grades in Maths and English,we have a One Year course available:
•Opportunity to resit Maths and/or EnglishGCSEs.
•A 1 year BTEC level 3 course in Travel andTourism which is equivalent to an AS level
•The possibility of also studying one other level3 course, depending on individual results
GCSE grades matter!
Looking further ahead, GCSE grades can be important for university applications.
For example - medicine:
• Birmingham University requires A* grades in each of English, Mathematics and Science/s. Overall GCSE performance will also be considered
• Nottingham University requires at least six subjects at grade A including all three Sciences or the double Science award.
