The JYCSM centres have a well-stocked library with a collection of around 600 volumes comprising functional Programming, Parallel Processing System Database Management System, Client Server Computing, Computer Networks, Operating System, Multimedia, Object Oriented Programming etc.

The library subscribes to collection of Indian and foreign journals and periodicals in the functional and general areas thus maintaining latest espouses to the student and helping them keep abreast of the latest developments in the I.T. industry.

Interactive Learning Environment

The placement cell of JYCSM is responsible for coordinating the placement activities of the students of the institute. A placement coordinator from the faculty heads the placement cell with committee members representing the students. Almost all the place-ments activities are organized and coordinated by the students under the able guidance of faculty.

THE PLACEMENT CELL

An early intimation of the intended schedule would facilities arrival at mutually convenient dates. The company may deliver Pre-Placement talk either earlier or before the campus requirement program itself. At the campus the company may conduct a written test and or interview etc. Job o�ers or responses may be routed only through the placement coordinator. In some cases if a company wishes to conduct o� campus recruitment as well, they may provide the travailing allowances for such outstation selection.

PLACEMENT PROCEDURE

In order to produce Information Technology Professionals, I.T education requires a high quality competence and infrastructure. Today, new packages, newer versions of current software and new technological tools are being adopted by the trade and industry periodically. The education therefore, must catch up with these developments well in time so that I.T students do not face the problem of obsolescence. To get registered, student have to �ll the application form provided along with Information Brochure. Students can buy the Information Brochure from any of the Authorised Study Centre (ASC) and register in any of our JYCSM Authorised Learning Center. JYCSM provides regular and University courses (only at selected ASCs). The ASC name and code are to be mentioned in the application form at the time of admission. The total fee has to be paid at the time of registration by Demand Draft favoring "Jatiya Yuva Computer Saksharta Mission",

The minimum qualifying marks for course/module are as follows –Practical 50 theory 50 total 100Course Term End ExaminationDiploma Course 50% | Certi�cate Course 50%After qualifying all the exams, the students are awarded grades as per their percentage of marks obtained.

A student can apply for transfer of authorised JYCSM centre. The candidate has to send an application stating the place for which transfer has been asked. The application has to be sent to the Head O�ce duly recommended and forwarded by the centre director (for the transfer form, contact your centre director or can be downloaded from our o�cial website).

TRANSFER OF CENTER

JYCSM has introduced both online and o�ine examination system. The enrolled students can apply for examination at ASC after completion of course/module.

EXAMINATION

A student has to secure at least 50% marks in each course/semester to qualify the exam. A student who does not clear the examina-tion in one sitting will be allowed to re-appear in the failed exam. Re-examination fee of Rs 200/- has to be paid by Demand Draft favoring "Jatiya Juva Computer Saksharta Sansthan". Students failing to appear in the re-examination within the speci�c period of time shall not be entitled for the certi�cate or for further re-examination. Such students are to go through the complete registration procedure to get a re-admission.RESULTStudents can view their result within 30 days of commencement of examination from our website (www.Jycsm.com).Certi�cate/ Marksheet:-Certi�cate / Diploma will be awarded by Jatiya Yuva Computer Saksharta Mission only after the successful completion of the course which will be valid for employment all over India.

RE EXAMINATION

Single Examination System (SES): For the courses having duration below than Six Months.Module wise Examination System (MES): For the courses having duration equal to or above than Six Months. The details of the module papers, marks can be collected at your ASC.

Examination will be conducted all around the year at your JYCSM Authorized Study Center.The pattern of exam will be of objective type.Details i.e. dates of examination, timings/session will be according to the time when the examination form was �lled up. A login for 10 days would be open for ASC after �lling examination form for the students to commence for the examinations. After that the student has to �ll the examination form again with exam fees.The duration of examination will be of 60 Minutes.Theory examinations will comprise of 25 questions of 2 marks each, total 50 Marks. There is no negative marking.Practical Exam will carry total 50 Marks.
