The products accepted for our plants are filled in the bags and

pouch packages in their natural form without being touched by the

humans. Our products are packed in pouches as 500 g, 750 g, 900 g,

1000g, 2000 g, 2500 g, 4000 g, 5000 g, 8000 g, 10000 g weights and

packed in bags as 5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg, 50 kg and 1000 kg

weights and the products are produced, filled and transported in

these forms.

We can differentiate the conditions of the products harvested from

the farms using our machines and automation facilities. This

departments can clean 12,5 tones of products per hour; remove the

foreign materials and categorize each grain depending on their

calibre and incorporate them in the production line.

At the storage facilities of Yayla Agro Gıda Sanayi ve Nakliyat AŞ, known as

one of the most modern plants all over the world, the products such as paddy,

wheat, red lentils, beans, chickpeas, pop corn etc. are eliminated with a capaci-

ty of 300 tones an hour and 42000 tones of products can be stored in com-

pliance with the Storage, Warehouse, Horizontal Tank, Steel Storage Bin and

Licensed Storage conditions. 25000 tones of products are maintained under

the most appropriate conditions as bagged or bulk product.

PAKETLEMETesislerimize giren ürünler doğal halleriyle alınıp hiç el değmeden

poşet ve çuval ambalajlara doldurulmaktadır. Ürünlerimiz 500 g,

750 g, 900 g, 1000 g, 2000 g, 2500 g, 4000 g, 5000 g, 8000 g,

10000 g ağırlıklarında paketlenmekte, 5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg,

25 kg, 50 kg, 1000 kg ağırlıklarında çuvallanmakta ve bu şekilde

olarak üretim, dolum ve sevkiyatları yapılabilmektedir.

Dünyanın en modern tesislerinden biri olarak anılan Yayla Agro Gıda sanayi

ve Nakliyat A.Ş. depolama alanında çeltik, buğday, kırmızı mercimek, fasulye,

nohut, mısır vb. ürünleri satte 300 ton kapasite ile eleme yaparak 42000 ton

mamülün Depo, Antrepo, Yatay Depo, Çelik Silo ve Lisanslı Depo koşullarına

uygun olarak depolanmasını sağlayabilmektedir. 25000 ton ürün çuvallanmış

veya dökme mamul olarak en uygun şartlarda muhafaza edilmektedir.

Ürünlerin tarladan hasat edilmiş halini makine ve otomasyon

imkânlarını kullanarak ayırabilmekteyiz. Bu bölüm saatte 12,5 ton

mamulü temizleyerek, yabancı maddelerden ayrıştırarak ve her bir

taneyi kalibresine göre sınıflandırarak üretim hattına katmaktadır

Our warehouse is the nearest cold storage to the port of Mersin.The distance from our warehouse to the central Mersin and the port of Mersin is 5 km.

The floor area of our cold storage is 2500m2 for dutiable and duty-free goods, and indoors dry storage is 3500m2 for dutiable goods.

In our warehouse, there are 6 automatic loading/unloading ramps, and specialized staff at your service.Loading and unloading operations are carried out carefully and supervised by a tallyman.

Quality check for the products arrived in our warehouse(goods are photographed, documented, and reported to the relevant department when necessary).

Customized storage options are available in our cold warehouse.The number of customers served in each room in the cold warehouse is kept at the minimum.

The products are placed on pallets and wrapped with stretch film and then stored in the shelves in the cold storage. The products are stored at 0 to +15 degrees temperatures according to the specific storage requirements.

Shock-frozen products are stored at -18 to -25 degrees temperatures. The products taken to the warehouse are monitored 24 hours a day.

The temperature in the cold storage is controlled with the Nano Monitoring system.

Soğuk hava antrepomuz Mersin limanına en yakın soğuk hava deposudur.Antrepomuz Mersin merkeze ve Mersin Limanı’na 5 km uzaklıktadır.Antrepomuzda; Gümrüklü ve gümrüksüz 2500 m2 soğuk hava depolama ile 3500 m2

gümrüklü kapalı kuru depolama hizmeti verilmektedir.Antrepomuzda 6 adet otomatik rampa sistemi ve konusunda uzman ekip ile hizmet verilir.Antrepomuzda ürünlerin boşaltılıp yüklenmesi puantörümüz takibinde dikkatlice yapılır.Antrepomuza gelen ürünlerin kalitesi kontrol edilerek girişi yapılır.(gerektiğinde ürünler fotoğraflanıp tutanağı hazırlanır ilgili birime bildirilir.) Soğuk hava antrepomuzda, müşteriye özel depolama hizmeti sunulur.Soğuk hava antreposu içerisinde, her bağımsız odada, minimum sayıda müşteriye hizmet verilir.Ürünleriniz paletlenip, streç çekildikten sonra depoya raflara yerleştirilir.Ürünler muhafaza derecelerine göre, 0 ile +15 derece arasında muhafaza edilir.Şoklanmış dondurulmuş ürünler -18 ile -25 derece arasında muhafaza edilir.Teslim alınan ürünler 24 saat gözetimimiz altındadır.Soğuk hava antrepo depo dereceleri Nano takip sistemi ile kontrol edilmektedir.
