3. ANY MATERIAL OR PLACEMENT DEVIATIONS FROM MINIMUMS SHOWN ON THEDRAWINGS OR IN SPECIFICATIONS SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THEENGINEER.

7. ALL SHOP DRAWINGS TO BE REVIEWED BY ALBERTSON ENGINEERING INC. SHALLHAVE (2) HARD COPIES PROVIDED TO ALBERTSON ENGINEERING INC. FOR REVIEW.ONE MARKED SET OF THOSE DRAWINGS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CONTRACTOR WHOWILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SCANNING IN ELECTRONICALLY AND PROVIDING FULLCOLOR PDF ELECTRONIC FILES (OR OTHER APPROVED FILE TYPE) TO ALBERTSONENGINEERING INC. ALBERTSON ENGINEERING INC. WILL NOT TRANSFER MARKS TO ANYADDITIONAL COPIES OF THE SHOP DRAWINGS. 2. STEEL SHALL CONFORM TO THE LATEST EDITION OF "SPECIFICATION FOR THEDESIGN, FABRICATION AND ERECTION OF STRUCTURAL STEEL FOR BUILDING" BYTHE AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF STEEL CONSTRUCTION, INC. (AISC) AND TO THE AISCCODE OR STANDARD PRACTICE (LATEST EDITION).
3. ALL SHOP CONNECTIONS TO BE WELDED (UTILIZING E70XX ELECTRODES) ANDFIELD CONNECTIONS TO BE BOLTED, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. STEEL TORECEIVE ONE SHOP COAT AND ONE FIELD TOUCH UP COAT OF APPROVED PAINT,EXCEPT WHERE GALVANIZED IS INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS.
4. WELDS FOR ALL EXPOSED STRUCTURAL STEEL SHALL BE GROUND SMOOTHUNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
5. ALL BOLTED CONNECTIONS (UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE) SHALL CONSIST OF3/4" DIA. (MIN.) ASTM A325 HIGH STRENGTH BOLTS. ALL 3/4" DIA. BOLTS SHALLHAVE LOAD INDICATING SQUIRTER WASHERS. ADDITIONALLY PROVIDE BEVELEDWASHERS AT CONNECTIONS TO CHANNEL FLANGES.
6. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLETELY FABRICATE ITEMS AT THEIR FACILITY. BOLTSMAY BE A307 FOR FIT-UP PURPOSES. ANY BOLTS USED IN THIS STAGE SHALL NOTBE USED IN FINAL ASSEMBLY IF THEY ARE TIGHTENED BEYOND SNUG TIGHT OR INANY OF THE PAIN FROM THE SQUIRTABLE WASHERS ESCAPES OR IS VISIBLE.
