What do you need to know?
• Let’s practice right now, so you experience what it feels like to let go, meditate, relax and reach out of the box!

• All you do is concentrate on 3 things1. Sit down comfortably on a chair, back straight, feet uncrossed flat on the ground.2. Feel the distribution of your bodyweight touching chair and ground before you drop all your weight.. relax all muscles one by one, check if there is any muscle tense still... Take a deep breath and Smile…3. Now focus on observing exactly the moment when your breath switches form inhale to exhale and vice versa.
How do you know if you learned it?
• You can practice focus and concentration• You can direct your focus from negative bias to
whatever you choose to focus on• You access possibilities out of the box, like a monkey
letting go of the banana…• You are no longer controlled by fears and ego mind
because this cannot exist during a state of total relaxation.
