Synopsis• Ya-Yas in Bloom is told by multiple narrators, each
serving the many colorful characters and all their wonderful foibles. We learn about their early days in 1930s Louisiana, their time were spent at the Bob Theater, searching for the elusive Coco Robichaux, and the Ya-Yas mounted at various holiday parties. Provided the foundation for young Sidda’s future career as a playwright/director. Here, we get a little more back story on the Vivi’s youngest son, Baylor, as he makes his local Tv debut as a little singing Buckaroo. Through all their trials and tribulations, Vivi’s constant struggle with Catholicism, and the dissppearance of Necie’s granddaughter, Rosalyn.
Interesting Things
•Keep friendship between 4 girls since they were child, grow up together, spent the time together, help one another, until they have family.
•Although the characters, like Vivi and her husband Big shep are alcoholism but they can teach and handle their children well.
