Y210 Oxygen Permeability AnalyzerY210 Oxygen Permeability Analyzer test the oxygen transmission rate of various materials,including: plastic film, composite film, aluminum-plated film, aluminum foil etc.; packagingcontainers, such as bag, bottle, bowl, can etc.; sheets, such as PP sheet, PVC sheet, rubber,building material, porcelain; other application, such as solar panel, contact lens, paint film,medical patch etc. It is widely used in packaging, plastic film, food, pharmaceuticals, personalcare industries, inspection agency, research institute, college and so on.

Working PrincipleCoulometric sensor method. Fix the test sample in the middle of test chamber to separate thechamber into upper room and lower room; oxygen flows in upper room and nitrogen flows inlower room; oxygen molecules penetrate through the sample from upper room into nitrogen inlower room, carried by flowing nitrogen to coulometric sensor; the sensor measure the oxygendensity of passing mixture gas so as to calculate the oxygen transmission rate. For packagingcontainer test, nitrogen flows inside the container, and air or oxygen is surrounding thecontainer outside.
