Henna (Indian Tattoo) Design for BeginnersLearn the basics of Indian Tattoo, (Henna)! You will make various tattoo designs on your palm, leg or anywhere on your body using paste made of natural herbs, (Henna). It is used to decorate our bodies for special festive occasions and it also gives a relaxing feeling. You will learn to make your own paste from leaves or henna powder, make your own creative designs or select one from a print, and learn curing techniques to achieve the best results in easy steps. Tai Chi Chih, Joy Through MovementT’ai Chi Chih (pronounced Tie Chee Chuh) is a contemporary Qigong set, and can be considered a moving meditation. According to Chinese medicine, “chi” is the vital life force or life energy flowing through all living things. Introduction to AikidoAikido is the most modern of the Japanese Martial Arts. It is derived from ju-jitsu and uses techniques of evasion, redirection and immobilization to avoid an attack and then control the attacker. Microsoft Excel Level I Level I Excel will teach students the basic skills they need to create spreadsheets, formulas using the auto sum tool as well as create formulas through the insert function. This hands on class will cover applying formats such as currency, dates, bolding, font color to one cell or the entire workbook. Time saving techniques such as auto fill and copy/paste will also be covered. An introduction to charts is included in this level I class.
