www.dxc.technology The Company has been making prompt disclosures of all the material
information that may have a bearing on the operation / performance of the
Company which include all price sensitive information, within the stipulated
timelines as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and
Disclosures requirement) Regulations, 2015.
However, there was/is no disclosable event/information having bearing on the
recent price behavior in the scrip which has not been disclosed by the Company
to the stock exchanges. In Company’s assessment, the same may be due to
overall stock market disruption on account of Covid 19 outbreak in India as
well as Globally.
The Company is aware and is in compliance of its obligations under Regulation
30 of the SEBI (Listing and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, and
assures you that it shall make appropriate public disclosures in accordance with
the prevalent laws as and when there is a disclosable event.
