Why do you work for xplace?xplace is a young company. that was one thing i especially liked about it. once you get to know xplace a bit better, you realize the enormous potential offered by this company. at the same time, our Managing Directors have exciting visions about the future. all in all, there is a lot of work involved. However, there are also thrilling challenges and interesting projects.

Basis for our future is our vision and our growth
potential. The company’s philosophy and actions
have evolved from the inside and also by the

What is different at xplace compared to other companies?i always have the possibility to actively contribute, shape and directly influence the products. this creates a very strong passion for the products and you identify yourself more strongly with the company.
What do you like best about working together with your colleagues?Well, i must say, everybody is very motivated. xplace’ managers are quite young and have much potential for development. Further-more, we have flat hierarchies. that means no bureaucracy and fast decision-making processes.
Why do you work for xplace?For me it´s important to work in a company which offers me perspectives. at xplace there are new and exciting tasks every day. and i have the opportunity to get involved in processes and initiate changes.

our industry. And it would be not so exciting to work at xplace. We act flexibly
and keep up with the market. Our teams work strictly project-focused without
inflexible structures. That approach ensures an open mind and creative pro-
cesses. Only in this way, we are able to ensure that our customers will receive
individual, customized and best solutions.
That does not mean that xplace would not offer ready-made solutions. Our exis-
ting products can be superbly combined with each other and can be used also
as stand-alone products. Thanks to our perfectionists in design and application
