Team Building / Leadership / Funxperience the differenceAIRCRAFT ADVENTURE XPERIENCE Scenario: A mix between “Lost” and “Survivor”. Your group has crash-landed their aircraft in an unfamiliar environment and must make a plan to survive and find their way back to safety whilst learning and implementing survival skills. Objective: Teams learn survival skills to help them complete set challenges and activities. Through teamwork they gain respect and trust in their fellow team mates and learn the importance of adapting to stressful situations as a team to “survive”. Note: This Xperience is only available at Spicers Hidden Vale or Xperiences HQ at Novotel Twin Waters.

MASTERCHEF MEETS THE BUSH/ BEACHScenario: Each team is given a kit bag, GPS, maps, and a task list with various adventure challenges. The more points they can score on challenges, the more time and ingredients they get to cook up a masterpiece judged on taste, presentation and use of ingredients.Objective: Too many cooks in this kitchen will see the cream rise to the top. Testing skills such as leadership, negotiation, flexibility and teamwork at play in the great outdoors.

ADVENTURE TEAM CHALLENGES Scenario: This is a flexible adventure challenge to suit any theme in your chosen location. Tested with a set of “Round Robin” activities, teams will challenge each other head to head with the pressure of a real time tally to encourage wins. Activities can include Archery, Segway Challenges, Laser Clay Shooting, Laser Skirmish, Blindfold Challenge, Angry Birds, Castle Challenge, High Ropes or any other Xperience Challenges (refer below).Objective: Team work is the key objective of this challenge with teams set against each other in a battle to the end. Encourages leadership, co-operation, ingenuity, and is lots and lots of fun. Duration 1 - 6 hours (30 mins per activity).

Outdoor educaton HQ fitnessAir, Land and SeaXperiences has a custom built outdoor education facility on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, only an hour north of Brisbane. This facility doubles up as our Australian Head Quarters Office.

From here we have access to over 25 hectares of beaches, bushland and a lagoon where we facilitate raft building challenges and water based navigation. Also offering an approved high ropes course for the wild at heart.

Our in-house outdoor-education team will custom design a program for any school, youth or other group size to ensure it’s a fun and an educational experience in the great outdoors.

laser clay pigeon shootingA great addition to any function. Team mates, out-skill and out-shoot each other. Laser Clay is a sport which can be enjoyed by anyone. Just like the real thing but is totally safe and environmentally friendly. The players use a modified shotgun to fire an infra-red beam at clays that are launched into the air. This activity is great for any group size and is available day or night, on land or water.

JETPACKInspired by James Bond, the JETPACK is a backpack unit in which you are strapped in by a 5 point safety harness (similar to race cars). Water is propelled from the powered unit, into a 20 meter hose, which is forced into 2 jet nozzles on the JETPACK, which in turn lifts you above the water.

kids parties JUNIOR leadershipThe best Xperiences for kidsIf you are looking for something fun to do for your child’s next birthday party, check out our amazing kids party packages. The birthday child will be the 2IC to the Sergeant leading the event which will make them feel extra special on their birthday.

Our packages are recommended for children aged 10 - 18. Persons aged 18+ can participate in our adult activities and team building Xperiences. Group can range from 4 to 400 kids. These packages can be fully customised to suit your needs. Simply call our helpful team on 1300 Xperiences to discuss.
