Dear Colleagues, Friends,

We are very happy to welcome you to Genoa for the XIXInternational Congress of the Society of Renal Nutritionand Metabolism. This great event occurs 41 years afterthe First Congress in Wurzburg. Since then, the ICRNM

Congresses have experienced tremendous growth, with the number ofparticipants increasing over time. The Congress is dedicated to disseminating the latest scientific advancesin the field of renal nutrition and metabolism as they relate to patientswith kidney diseases, including chronic kidney disease (CKD) and acutekidney injury (AKI).We hope the scientific programme we have prepared will meet yourexpectations: the Scientific Committee, The Executive committee andISRNM Council Members have worked very hard to provide the best inscience and education.Among the pre-Congress activities, the ICRNM 2018 will offer on the firsttwo days the TNT Renal Course.
