Fr. Paul Vaz, S.J.: A Postgraduate in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila,

Philippines. He has 25 years teaching experience in Institutions such as the Asian Institute of Management Philippines. He has also worked UNDP. He has conducted several workshops around the world that are widely attended by senior corporate executives. His workshops on Inner Ecology Management and Transformational Leadership are renowned world wide.

His areas of interest are Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and Development Mangement,

Fr. Conrad Pesso, S.J.: Fellow of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India,

& currently pursuing fellowship programme from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has 20 years of industry experience in leading companies and 15 years of teaching experience in areas of Finance and Accountancy.

His areas of interest are Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Management, Strategic Cost Management, Securities Analysis and Financial Markets and Institutions.

Prof. Dr. Vaidyanathan: Double Doctorate with 22 years teaching experience in leading B-Schools in India. He also has

12 years of work experience both in India and abroad. He has presented papers in several industry conferences and conducted workshops for leading companies.

His areas of interest are Strategic Management, Business Policy, International Business.

Prof. Ravindra Dey: Head - Organizational Behavior. An MBA with more than 15 years of teaching and industry

experience, he has an excellent track record in companies like Ion Exchange, Wockhardt, TCG, EWDL, etc.

His areas of interest are Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Development and Human Resource Management.

Fr. Dr. Anthony Dias, S.J.: Doctorate in law from National Law School, Bengaluru with 16 years teaching experience.

He is actively involved in social research and action with several leading NGOs and has carried out extensive work in the area of Environmental Sustainability.

His areas of interest are Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Sustainability.

Prof. Kishore Rathi: An alumnus of IIT-Kharagpur and is pursuing his FPM in Finance from XLRI. He has over 25 years of

experience in the US IT industry, and consults for clients in USA.

His areas of interest are Liquidity Risk and Asset Pricing, Fixed Income Securities, Securities Analysis and Portfolio Management.

Prof. Pranil Naik: A Mechanical Engineer and MMS from Mumbai University with 10 years of professional experience

across IT, Logistics and Consulting.

His areas of interest are Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Environment Management.

Fr. Jeevan Mendonca, S.J.: Post graduate from XIMB with over 15 years of experience in rural management.

His area of interest is Rural Management.

Programme Objectives

To provide students with a thorough grounding in general management through holistic education

Pedagogy

XIMR follows the Case Study method extensively, drawing on cases from Harvard, Stanford, INSEAD, LBS, etc. The focus is on peer to peer learning, and providing an enabling environment to help participants raise their thinking to a higher level. Lectures, team work, assignments, etc will supplement case studies. Our team of highly dedicated, experienced faculty create an intense academic environment. The course is designed for a high level academic rigour. Tutorials supplement lectures and provide individual attention to students.
