Xerox® FreeFlow® Accxes® Copy software maximises your wide format colour scanning workflows. With Accxes Copy, you can produce excellent colour copies from colour scans of hard copy documents. It fully integrates with Xerox Wide Format printers and scan systems to produce copies on remote wide format and narrow format colour printers.

Accxes Copy enhances your Xerox Wide Format printersIf you work with a dynamic mix of colour and black and white documents in both digital and hard copy, you will find Accxes Copy extraordinarily beneficial. It’s an ideal colour solution for wide format users in a variety of environments, including scanning bureaus; print-for-pay businesses; architecture, engineering or construction firms; legal offices or in-house centralised reproductiondepartments. Accxes Copy delivers flexibility and productivity throughout your printing environment.

Accxes Copy is a Windows-based software solution. It runs on a separate PC from the FreeFlow Accxes Controller and therefore the user interface is separate from the integrated Xerox Wide Format printer solution user interface.

Move directly from scan to colour output on the printer of your choiceWith Accxes Copy, you can produce excellent colour output from colour scans of hard copy documents. It’s fully integrated and processes colour scans directly from the Xerox Wide Format scan systems and all Xerox Wide Format printer solutions that are driven by the FreeFlow Accxes Controller.

You can produce your colour copies on most wide format and narrow format colour printers, using both Xerox and non-Xerox devices. Accxes Copy utilises Microsoft® Windows® based print drivers, providing you access to the industry standard in flexibility and printer support. You can also opt to print on more than one printer if desired. (Please note, while you can print to more than one printer, printing to multiple printers is not simultaneous; you can print to only one printer at a time.)

It’s easy to view and manipulate imagesAn intuitive user interface and built-in viewer make it easy for you to see and manipulate scanned images. Scanned jobs are immediately viewable to you, and you can use Print Preview to correct any scanning errors. This not only improves the quality of your output, it also helps you cut costs by avoiding wasted prints.

You’ll have access to tools that enable you to control size, scale, output quality, copy count and sets build for your copies. A major benefit of Accxes Copy is only one scan is required. Once you’ve made your initial scan, you won’t have to rescan a document after choosing different print modes, quality settings, output sizes or templates.

Expect great quality colour outputYou can rely on Closed Loop Colour Calibration and automatic and manual controls, including black point, white point, lightness and sharpness, to ensure high quality colour results for your output. With Closed Loop Colour Calibration, you can choose from three calibration modes to achieve quality scans and great results when you print to the remote printer you have selected. And your workgroups can achieve excellent colour integration for technical document applications without purchasing another colour printer.

Templates save time and boost your productivity It’s easy to store your frequently used settings with Accxes Copy templates. Even complex workflows are often repetitive. With Accxes Copy, you can configure and save all of your repetitive workflows in Accxes Copy Templates. Your most complex workflows are reduced to selecting your template and pushing the “Green Button,” eliminating frequent image manipulation tasks and increasing your productivity and quality. And because these templates simplify your work processes in multi-user environments, your users don’t have to be trained scanning experts.

Expect more from your wide format workflow

Xerox FreeFlow Accxes Copy Specifications We recommend a dedicated host PC for Xerox Accxes Copy, but it is not mandatory. If you are using a non-dedicated device, the PC must be compatible with all of the host computer’s applications.

When you use Accxes Copy with non-Xerox printers, printer specific Microsoft® Windows® print drivers must be installed on the host PC.
