Special Orders

We offer our customers a very special service to meet the individual styling or design needs of theirclients. We manufacture to your exact specifications, offering low minimum quantities, short lead times and competitive prices. As part of this service we produce items for mens, ladies and childrenswear.

Facilities

We have a vertical manufacturing operation producing high quality fabrics & garments. We also have modern shuttle less looms for producing woven fabrics, and are currently producing in viscose, cotton, polyester & acrylic, in different weights and constructions. We also have in house facilities for direct, reactive and jet dyeing, we also have brushing, soft setting & compaction facilities.

Fabrics

We specialise in knits, micro, wovens & jerseys, available in different compositions for your exact requirements. Available in single jersey, interlock, 3 end fleece, single and double pique, single jersey with 6% lycra, terry, french terry etc. We also produce twill, satin, pile and fancy weaves.

Designs

We can manufacture to your exactspecifications and designs, we can work with a detailed specification sheet or alternatively from a sample provided.
