• Goal: To have fun and get your heart rate up while doing moderate to vigorous exercising

• Objective: To get as many pedometer steps as possible while completing the course either by walking or jogging.

• Equipment: pedometer

RULES• Students must stay on course---no cutting, or

changing directions. • Last 5 minutes the whistle will blow• Students record scores, and return

pedometers to the proper storage containers.• You will have 30 minutes to complete this

challenge.
