Xbox Live POSA Refresh

Summary for Xbox Live Packaging Change

1. The instructions that follow will provide the Xbox Live packaging you are taking off shelf and replacing with the new Xbox Live packaging. Updated planograms for each section are provided for how each should look like when completed.

2. The new Xbox Live packaging will be sent direct to store. For when you arrive to your shift be sure to locate the new packaging, asking for help from the store manager if necessary.

3. All old packaging must be given to the store manager on duty. Direction is to destroy and discard all old packaging.

4. Remove all existing price tags for 3 month & 12 month POSA, and have new price tags installed with the new Best Buy item #’s.

5. Xbox Live 6 Month POSA is a new SKU. Please ensure you have Best Buy insert price tags for this SKU, and have them installed based on the planogram included here.

6. In any case where the store has not received the new Xbox Live packaging, please report to your manager and do not remove the old packaging.
