INTERIORD Mit dem Interior Design der Empfangsbereiche im Erdgeschoß sowie im
7. Obergeschoß des neuen Büros von CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, einer international tätigen Anwaltskanzlei für Wirtschaftsrecht, wurde der franzö-sische Architekt Ludovic Lobjoy, Teilhaber des Architekturbüros Lobjoy- Bouvier-Boisseau, beauftragt. Ziel war es, die Kommunikationsflüsse zu ver-bessern und diesen Zonen ein besonderes und individuelles Erscheinungs-bild zu verleihen, das die Entwicklung und die Einzigartigkeit der Kanzlei wie-derspiegelt. Das Projekt ist eine Neuinterpretation des formellen Vokabulars, das üblicherweise in der Hotelarchitektur zur Anwendung kommt.
Im Zentrum der Gestaltung stand die Herausforderung, die Flächen miteinan-der in Beziehung zu setzen. Dies gelang mit starken Kontrasten in Farbe und Material wie auch mithilfe der geschickten Lichtführung. Die MINIMAL 60 und die MINIMAL 60 CURVE von XAL sind dabei Teil des Konzepts. Damit werden die Räume, vor allem die Besprechungszimmer, klar strukturiert, ohne geteilt zu werden. Auch die punktuelle Betonung von einzelnen architektonischen Elementen sowie die Lichtinszenierung der sogenannten „Holzbänder“ sind ein wichtiger Gestaltungsansatz. Die Räume erhalten so insgesamt eine wohnliche Atmosphäre.
E French architect Ludovic Lobjoy, associate of the architecture office Lobjoy-Bouvier-Boisseau, was commissioned to design the ground floor reception areas and the seventh floor of the new office of CMS Francis Lefebvre, a multinational business law firm. The aim was to improve commu-nication flows and give these zones a special, custom appearance that reflects the firm’s development and singularity. The project reinterprets the formal vocabulary usually used in hotel architecture.
The primary design challenge was to create relationships between spaces. Ludovic Lobjoy achieved this by using strong contrasts in colours and materi-als and by skilful lighting design. The MINIMAL 60 and MINIMAL 60 CURVE from XAL are part of the concept. They are used to give a clear structure to the rooms, most notably the conference rooms, without dividing them. Selected highlighting of individual architectural elements and the lighting design for the “bands of wood” are also an important design strategy, which gives the rooms as a whole a comfortable feel.
