in May, which is online and runs May 1 – 15. We are tentatively preparing to start

our live auctions back on June 4th. We ask people who come to our live auctions

to practice the guidelines the CDC has outlined for us – keeping 6 feet apart from

others and please wear a mask.

We are taking extra precautions to protect our patients and staff by screening each

person who enters our facility, cleaning high touch surfaces every hour, deep sanitizing

over night by housekeeping staff, limited seating to keep patients socially distanced,

staff are wearing masks and other appropriate PPE. If patients are symptomatic, we are

asking them to call our office for instructions before coming to the office so we can

meet them outside or if they need to come into the office, they are being taken

immediately to an exam room. We are seeing patients in the office and by appointment

Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Closed Sunday. Unlike the mass

merchandizers, we do not have high volume foot traffic, but we do make sure that we

keep things wiped down with wipes after each customer leaves. We usually wait on

people personally when they come inside. We can handle transactions however the

customer prefers. We do take phone orders, online orders at www.etreavis.com, and of

course person to person sales at our physical location on the “Court Square” in Dresden.

We can even come and bring your purchase out to your car if you want us to do that.

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and online we also accept Pay Pal. Proper

distancing measures are requested, and please stay home if you or a family member

have been sick flu or cold like symptoms. Masks are not required of our in-store visitors,

We have extended our business hours to improve accessibility for clients. We are

reserving 10AM – 11AM Monday through Friday for our clients 60 years of age

and older. All staff members are wearing a face covering and our clinicians are wearing

eye protection when working in close proximity to a patient. We are screening all clients

at the door for a fever and for potential exposure to COVID-19 per CDC guidelines. We

are cleaning all high-touch surfaces every 2 hours per the Tennessee Pledge guidelines.

We are encouraging all clients to wear a face covering and requiring all clients to clean

their hands upon entering and exiting the facility. We have rearranged our floor plan to

provide extra space and allow social distancing. We are asking clients to use one piece

of equipment at a time and clean each piece after use. We are limiting the number of

participants in each Group Exercise Class (22 clients maximum) to allow social distancing

and we are allowing extra time between classes to complete social distancing. Our

locker rooms, shower rooms and water fountain are closed.
