All health walks are free and everyone is welcome no matter what their age or ability. The volunteer walk leaders can help you take up walking by starting you off at a gentle amble to 10 to 20 minutes and leading you up to a one hour walk. Please let the leader know if you would find this helpful. All walk times are approximate, dependent upon pace of walkers. Please arrive ten minutes before the start of the walk for a prompt departure. It will be necessary for each new customer to complete a health questionnaire. Please note we need seven days notice to book a tramper for a health walk. Please note that where the £ sign is displayed, there is a charge for participating and all Legstretchers are two hours long. wyre.gov.uk Visit Garstang Tel: 01995 602125 Welcome We hope that you will enjoy our programme of health walks, guided walks and family activities and events. Walking Wyre Health Walks Calendar 2016All health walks are free and everyone is welcome no matter what their age or ability.
