• Policy Management
Allows organizations to develop, review and distribute corporate policies
from within the product, linking and monitoring them through the
appropriate parts of the GRC framework.
This includes attestation alerts, with automated prompts and associated
links sent to all staff members when needed.
All staff members can use the web to read and attest to the policies.

Mobile Reporting
6
• Views based Reporting (vERI)
To improve performance and ease the use of the Reporting interface it
has been redeveloped. This has significantly improved the speed of
reports, and ease of deployment.

• Personnel Reassignment
When a user leaves or changes role, this function allows for all of their
assignments (Risk Owner, Control Owner etc.) to be reassigned to
another user.

8
• Copying Review structures
Enable reorganization, archiving and reuse of existing review structures

This is ideal for cyclical audits where the organization would prefer to
keep previous reviews intact.

• Alert Enhancements
Improves the grouping of alerts to include categorization by subject. This
will significantly reduce the number of alerts a user may receive, without
confusing them with different alert types in one email.

11
• Moving Items between Reviews
Items to can be assigned to alternate reviews as required.
This will allow general reviews for anonymous capture, with subsequent
allocation to the correct departments.
May 2015
12
• Global Search
Enhanced ability to perform text searches across the whole system
regardless of item type.
Results will be sorted by search ranking and user security is applied to
the result set.

Using the power of Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to
import data into WRM.
WRM Future Items
14
• Survey / Questionnaires
Provide an integrated Survey feature that will allow Questionnaires to be
created and summarised against items within the GRC framework.
This will be ideal for audit questionnaires, multi-input to risk assessments,
and cyclical compliance requirements.
• User Activity Logging
Track user activity within the system, including logon / logoff information
and administrative changes to user security settings.
WRM Future Items
15
• Document Management System (DMS) Integration
Enable WRM to integrate with external DMS repositories such as
SharePoint, including the ability to migrate and store existing
attachments.
• Historical Information
Allow users to select a point in time for a dashboard or individual
dashboard component (e.g. a list or a graph), in addition to being able to
see a summary of changes to a specific field.
This enhances the current ability to report at specific points in time.
WRM Future Items
16
• HTML UI
Convert the WRM user interface from Silverlight to HTML
