In September 2002, a friend told me about a program that was changing people’s health. 133 Pounds I turned the big 40 in October of 2004 - exactly 10 days before I started the Isagenix 9-Day program. Most people told me that I looked pretty good for having 4 kids, but I knew what I looked like and I didn’t like what I saw. I gained 50 lbs with my first three pregnancies, and forty pounds with my fourth pregnancy. I lost all of my weight after the first baby - but after the second - I was never able to lose that last 10 pounds! No matter what I did, it wouldn’t come off. I thought I was destined to carry that little inner tube around my waist for the rest of my life, but thank God, I was wrong! Those pants I’m wearing (in pictures above) are pants that I bought when I was in my late 20’s before I got married. They were my favorite! I have cleaned out my closets many times over the past 15 years but I just couldn’t part with them. I kept dreaming I would get back into them one day. As you can see, the zipper wouldn’t even come close to closing. Now, it zips up easily! When I started the Isagenix program my waist was 29 ½ inches. I lost 2 ½ inches off my waist . . . and a total of 16 ¾ inches over all . . . and 10 pounds of pure fat and cellulite! I was truly amazed at how easy it was and how great I began to feel immediately! My cellulite was disappearing before my very eyes in a matter of days! In my opinion, the weight loss is only the icing on the cake. My kids used to be my alarm clock and each morning I would have to drag my tired self out of bed. “Hi ! I am Denise Koshieff. I live in Port Alberni on beautiful Vancouver Island in British Columbia. My life has been blessed with my loving husband Pat for over 28 years and 4 wonderful children who are all grown up now.

Despite all the great things in my life, I had many fears lurking about me. I was very overweight and unhappy and felt that was just the way things are and would always be. My name is Shauna Forsyth. I am 38 years old and a heavy equipment operator in Nanaimo Landfill in British Columbia, Canada. Needless to say, I am surrounded by toxins every day. After my hysterectomy in October 2004, I gained a lot of weight. I was living a very sedentary lifestyle and accepted that I was going to live the rest of my life this way. Just to give you a little bit about my educational background and experience ~ I have a BSc in Chemistry, a Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences with emphasis in Medicinal Chemistry and a PhD in Health Administration. I worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry for over 17 yrs with 5 companies ~ first as a Synthetic Chemist, making pharmaceutical drugs from scratch ~ to being a Regulatory Affairs Liaison between the company and the FDA. So I worked to get the drugs approved on the market. Isagenix was initially introduced to me in 2005 by Rose Pylidis. I told her I had no interest because my life was very busy as a single parent with 2 kids, working on my PhD and also working as a regulatory professional, traveling often and very stressed out. About six months later, Rose and her husband Elias were back in Florida on their way to a cruise with Isagenix leaving from Fort Lauderdale. They invited me to an Isagenix presentation at the hotel and to meet the Coovers. At that point, I was done with my dissertation and was in a better mindset and figured it would be an opportunity for me to spend some time with them anyway before they left on the cruise. Also at that point in my life, I was 65 Ibs overweight and had some health challenges and certainly needed more energy. I thought it couldn’t hurt to listen. After listening to the presentation, I was so impressed that I decided to do my research on the ingredients. I also decided that I would try the 30-Day program because they were such great friends of mine. Being the skeptic that I was, I contacted my doctor and told him what I was about to do and asked him to monitor my blood work at the beginning of the 30 days and the end. He agreed. One month after I started the 9-Day Isagenix Cleansing Program - I went shopping in my closet. I could hardly believe that I was fitting nicely into valuable suits and dresses I hadn’t worn in years. Although I had tipped the scales on the heavy side, I didn’t have a lot of weight to lose - mainly abdomen flab - or so I thought. I hid my figure under blazers and pant suits in black and navy and had not admitted to myself that if I wasn’t wearing my favourite clothes, it was because I couldn’t get into them.

In the first few days, I lost 2 inches in the important spots but felt I wasn’t moving fast enough. Nevertheless, I stayed with the Maintenance Program and when I took my measurements that day,

I had lost a total of almost 18 inches ! - which inspired my shopping spree. More importantly – I have firmed up and my skin is smooth which is pretty exciting as I’m 59. My cellulite is gone. My name is Karen Eigler and I am extremely grateful that I was introduced to Isagenix full body cleansing technology!! Before July 4, 2007 I didn’t believe I would ever have a story. What a difference a year with Isagenix has made ! I am a Nurse and was a Weight Loss Counselor for a well known diet company for 6 years. I was also a frequent member of the “Yo-Yo diet club,” you know ~ lose 25 lbs. and gain back 30. Because of this, my metabolism was a mess. I was desperate. My recovery from a total knee replacement had dragged on for 18 months. I felt the excess weight was holding me back. Even though I ate well and exercised, my weight continued to fluctuate between 115 and 120 lbs, and I lacked energy. Finally, to my great relief, I was introduced to Isagenix in June 2006. I am a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Nutritional Consultant and Health Coach. I have been in the Health and Fitness industry for over 20 years and have personally trained and coached hundreds of clients. As a Trainer and active participant in sports and weight training / body-building, my goal was always to find a supplement or natural product that would give me that extra edge. MOUNT RAINIER, Wash. – In the great Northwest of the United States lies a massive mountain—its summit at 14,410 feet. To the average visitor, it’s a beautiful national landmark of beauty and grandeur. But for some, the active volcano, completely encased in more than 35 square miles of hard-packed snow and ice, represents more than a monument. Instead, it’s the most arduous endurance climb in all of the lower 49 states.

Mount Rainier, the highest and third most voluminous volcano in the state of Washington’s Cascade Range, is the triumph that any average climber dreams of achieving. It also serves as the training ground for experts who want a chance at the Himalayas.

Forty-two-year-old Dan Morgado was an average climber. He had summated Mount Adams at 12,200 feet and Mount Fuji at 12,300 feet. To Morgado, Mount Rainier meant a lot more—more money, more preparation, and more determination. Most difficult of all, however, was the physical training.

“Mount Rainier is only a couple thousand feet taller than Fuji and Adams,” explains Morgado, “but getting to the summit is a whole different story.”

Most climbers have a difficult time facing Mount Rainier—they feel nausea, headaches, altitude sickness, and several forms of edema, along with the fear of danger. Many turn back. Morgado had to be absolutely confident he would make the summit and didn’t want to risk the $5,100 spent only to fail.

“I said to myself, ‘I think it’s time. I think I can do Rainier. I’m in the best shape of my life, even at age 42,’” says Morgado.

Hi Everyone! 4 years ago, my husband Dan and I discovered ISAGENIX. We called it LIQUID GOLD back then and we still do now. We are avid athletes and always strive for complete fitness and we used to work out hard all the time. Since discovering Isagenix, we train at a more reasonable level to maintain our fitness goals. This is My Isagenix Story

I am an Ironman Triathlete ~ this being my 6th Ironman competitive season. For those who may not know ~ an Ironman event consists of a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike ride, and a 26.2 mile run. I was having a pretty good season in 2009 and had won my age group in 2 Olympic-distance and one half-iron distance triathlon this year and had also placed well in an Ultra Marathon and three regular Marathons. But with my 6th Ironman Triathlon approaching at the end of August ~ I was looking for that extra edge in my health, energy, and recovery time from workouts. I'm 47 now and throughout this season it has been challenging to get my body into the competitive condition I wanted it to be for this event. The things I used when I was younger just didn't seem to work anymore. I also wanted to take off about 8 lbs which I knew would work toward that competitive edge. Then a friend of mine, a fellow runner who had experienced success with the products, introduced me to Isagenix. At first I was skeptical and a bit resistant to giving up my morning coffee. The 2006 racing season promised to be exciting. I was invited to ride on the regional women’s elite cycling team, ADG/Joe’s Bike Shop. This was an opportunity to ride in national races along with the pros. It was a dream come true and I wanted to be in top form. I was looking for a way to get an edge. In January 2006, some cycling friends introduced me to a 9-Day Cleansing and Fat-Burning program. I was skeptical, extremely skeptical. I had never heard of the Isagenix company and the benefits of what the products could do seemed unreal. But I really wanted to get lean and mean for

spring so I decided to just do it! With three teammates under 30, I did not want to be the weak link.

I climbed on the podium twice at USCF Master National Championships and finished in the top ten at 16 regional races. I held my own in National Pro races improving my placing at the four day Longsjo Classic Stage Race ~ more than thirty spots from the previous year. Wow! It hardly seems that I am writing about myself.

I believe that the Ionix Supreme definitely helped me with quicker recovery time and more endurance and stamina. I felt like I’m competing at 10 years’ younger.

Let It Shine By MJ Durkin

The secret to becoming a natural networker is to let your authentic

self shine through to everyone you pass by during your day.

Attracting the right people to you is actually much easier than you

might think. First spend some time thinking about the kind of person you would like to meet

or work with. Picture that person and get a feel for the specific qualities you are looking for.

Next - imagine yourself going through your day and see this kind of person being very open and

receptive to meeting you. See your day filled with a limitless supply of prospects coming toward

you in all kinds of ways.

As you go about your day - be open and friendly to everyone you come into contact with -

not because you want something from them - but because it is simply an easier and more fun way to be.

Last night I was grocery shopping, and when the clerk said hello to me, she asked me how I was.

I replied enthusiastically, “I’m living it up!”

She seemed shocked but pleasantly surprised, and said, “That’s different. How do you do that?”

I said, “I guess I’ve just decided to live it up!”

We chatted while she rang up the groceries, and when I was leaving she said, “Well, you certainly

helped put me in a better mood. Thanks.”

I wasn’t trying to get anything from her and I’m not particularly on a mission to spread good cheer around the world. I was just being who I am. Now here’s the fun part - when you smile at someone -

or make a nice observation and they don’t respond - don’t worry. They didn’t reject you and you’re not

weird . . . they simply failed your interview before it ever got started!

It’s important that you be light and easy about meeting new people. Don’t go out with the mission of

“stalking” people at the mall or the grocery store. Just live your life and be who you are. Here are some practical tips to help you become a natural networker . . .

1. Set an intention in the morning to contact at least one new person that day.

2. Smile at everyone - and I mean everyone! Don’t let the frowners get to you.

3. If appropriate - make an observation to the people who smile back. Say things like . . . “Nice day out” or “This line is sure moving slowly.” If they grunt at you or don’t reply in kind -

they just failed the second part of your interview ! No problem. Leave them alone.

4. When you get a new name and number for your contact list - be excited and feel good about it. A good day in your networking business is when you have added even one new contact to your

list. Enjoy, celebrate and . . . let it shine !
