• Fellows range in age from 21 to 35 years old
• Fellows represent many faiths including Islam, Sikhism, Christianity, Radhasoami, Zoroastrianism, Jainism and Hinduism

• Applicants must be of Indian origin, or Indian citizens, and have at minimum a university degree or five years work experience
• Applicants apply to specific projects of interest
• Applicants should consider language requirements when applying
• Application process includes essays, recommendations and interviews
