REASONS FOR DELIVERY PROHIBITION
WWQRR, Chapter 17, Section 44 Page 17-95 Have not performed tank leak detection in 60
days Did not perform CP test within 90 days of due
date A CP test failed and was not repaired and
retested within 90 days of the original fail date
Pressure test or line tightness test was not performed within 60 days of due date.
REASONS FOR DELIVERY PROHIBITION
Failure to function test line leak detectors within 60 days of due date
Failure to report and investigate a suspected release
Owner/operator (O/O) reported a release but failed to investigate within 7 Days
O/O reported a confirmed release but repairs were not made
REASONS FOR DELIVERY PROHIBITION
O/O has failed to pay the fees by September
O/O has failed to follow an Order issued by the department
If monitoring devices have been purposely tampered with or turned off
If any records have been falsified If tank does not have overfill or spill
prevention devices
REASONS FOR DELIVERY PROHIBITION
If a steel tank does not have CP system in place
If an AST has not been upgraded under Part I
If an OAI has not been performed within 90 days of due date
If there has been no class B operator for 90 days or more
If a CP rectifier has not been monitored every 60 days
NOV WITH ORDER IS ISSUED
A Notice of Violation (NOV) with Administrative order is issued
A copy is sent to the fuel delivery company
Anyone that intentionally delivers fuel to a red tagged tank is violating the order
