STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS
WW Bitumen Container is designed and constructed for the transportation of cooled bitumen (or other similar cargo,
all should be in solid form during the transportation), on sea (above or under deck) or on land (road and rail) throughout
the world.These containers are made from modi�ed 20" line
containers with reinforced structure.
It is able to withstand extreme temperature ranging
from -20 °C (-4 °F) to 160 °C (320 °F) without a�ecting
the container's strength or sealing.

APPROVAL AND CERTIFICATES
Welding certi�cate for all welding's from Bureau Veritas.
Customs Certi�cate (TIR) - Customs' Approval and Certi�cate to be issued by the Customs.
CSC Certi�cate - All the containers will be certi�ed and comply with the requirements of the International Convention
for Safe Containers.
FOR TRANSPORTATION THE PRODUCT SHALL BE SOLID
Marine:
In the ship cell guides: Nine (9) high stacked base on Max. gross weight.
On the deck: Four (4) high stacked and secured by suitable vertical an
diagonal wire lashings.
Road - On �at bed or skeletal chassis:
Secured by twist locks or the equivalent at the four bottom corner �ttings.
Rail - On the �at cars or special container car:
Secured by twist locks or the equivalent at the four bottom corner �ttings.

HEATING COILS
Heating exchange will be made of 2(two) sets of heating pipe and steel bracket.
Each set of heating pipe is 8" inlet at rear end reduced to 6" outlet at the top. 6" �re protection pipe of 1.0 meter inserts
in 8" inlet pipe of 1,2 meter.
Steel bracket assemblies are attached to �oor to support pipe which is bolted to bracket. Diesel Burners not included.
