A b s t r a c t

Thispapercharacterizesthearchitectureofanewresidentialcomplex“Onthegreenwatersideboulevard”.ItislocatedinthemostprestigiousdistrictofthecapitalcityontheleftbankoftheRiverYesilnear thePresidentialPalace,acircular layoutand the“Baiterek” tower.Thecomplexexpressesanewera,varioustastesaswellasdifferentaestheticalandmoralvalues.Therefore,itsurprisesanddazzlesonlookerswithitsunusualartisticexpressionandtheune-xpectedtechnologicalimaginationofitsauthors.Thelatestbuildingmaterialsandtheappliedtechnologiesemphasizetheinnovativenessoftheadoptedsolutions.

Anewresidentialcomplex“OnWater-GreenBoulevard”islocatedintheprestigiousdistrictofthecapital-ontheleftbankofIshimriver,nearthePresidentialPalaceSquareandcircular“Baiterek”.Itfitsintheoveralllandscapeofthecitycenter.Ingeneral,allthesebuildingscreateaunifiedarchitecturalensemble.Stylishanddynamic, thecomplexmostfullyexpressestheideaofcombiningmoderntechnologicalerabuildingswiththedreamofhumanityinawonderfuldistantfuture.Theintegratedconstructionandinfrastructuremakeitattractiveandcomfortableforliving,andtheproximityofparksandmagnificentfountainsonlyemphasizetheadvantagesofthecomplex.

Itisbesttovisithereduringtheday,toseethemagnificentplayoflightoftheraysofthemiddaysunontheglaringchromeandmetalsurfaces.Intheevening,whenthecityisartfullyilluminatedbynumerousspotlights,thecomplexlookslikeagrandstructure.

Thereisalwaysplentyofsun,lightandair,andfromtheriverIshim,blowsafreshcoolbreeze.Theresidentialcomplex“OnWater-GreenBoulevard”isforthosewholoveouryoungandwonderfulcapital,whoenjoyitsinternalenergyandxappreciatethecomfortsofthepresent.

The residential complex “OnWater-GreenBoulevard”, built in a “high-tech” style, isafantasticspectaclethatcannotbeimmediatelycoveredbytheeyes.Itisamazing!Theclearformofconstruction,givesthecompositionconceivedbytheauthors,theeffectofaspecialtechnogenicappearance.Endlessrepetitionofquitesimpleelementscreatethemostcomplexshapes. Rapid, straight lines are complemented brilliantly by glass andmetal parts. Thecomplexislikeaneweraofdifferenttasteswithcompletelydifferentaestheticandmoralvalues,asisthesurprisingandstrikingsingularityofitsartisticexpressionandunexpectedtechnologicalfantasyofitsauthors.

Aboldtechnicaldesignismadewithexceptionalperfectionandelegance[2].The“high-tech”style,notonlycapturesthelookofthebuildingsinitsorbit,butalsotheenvironment,landscapingelementsandscenery,whichlienearthesetofpaths,playgroundsandparks;ironicallytheirsmooth,fluidshapescontrastwiththepointedgeometricshapeofthebuilding.Engineeringshapeadmiresxtheimageofsomething“unpresentable”that“doesnothappeninreality”andlookscalmandharmonious,justlikethenaturalhabitatofman.

Theairarchitecturaldesignofthenewcomplexofthecapitalwasbuiltontheprinciplesof dynamics, transparency andmonochrome. Stylish and extremely easy, impressive andelegant,theresidentialcomplexisatthesametimeastepintotheunknownarousingcuriosityandadmirationandpresentingawonderfulsynthesisofhightechnologyandthearts.

Emotionaldelightintheperceptioncontributestoplacingsongsinthemiddleofasingleintegrateddevelopmentofthecitycenter.Impressionisreinforcedbythefactthatthewallsarealmostdevoidofanyornaments.Thehugecomplexwasconceivedasanimageoftherealfuture,whichheardtheechoesofancientwonders.Theselivetrees,likethe“hanginggardens”ofancientBabylon,aretheonlydecorationofthewalls.

Thecompositionisofasymmetricbuildings.Thecomplexisappealingwithsimpleclearlinesandvolumes.Theadvantageof thearchitecturalcompositionand thecomplexityofconstructivesolutionsisaclearstructuringoftheimage.

Eachoneofthe1,2,3,4bedroomapartmentsranginginsizefrom45to160squaremetersoftheresidentialcomplex“OnWater-GreenBoulevard”haveuniqueplanningsolutionswhicharenon-standardandunlimitedinanyincarnation.Loversofmoderndesigntrendsoradherentsofthetraditionalcancreateaccordingtopersonaltasteanddesire.Minimumload-bearingwallsallowzonedspaceasdesiredandanyapartmentcanbeatruemasterpieceof design art.The solid glass facade visually extends the room allowing life to bemorecomfortableandharmonious.Theapartmentsopentoluxuriouspanoramicviews[3].

Accommodating parking lots located on twofloors of the stylobate are provided forthetenantsandenoughsitesforguestparking,whichisimportantduetoincreasingtrafficflowinthecitycenterandthelackofparkingspaces.Anhourlysecuritysurveillanceofthesurroundingareawillbecarriedoutusingamulti-levelelectronicsecuritysystem:accesscontrol,conciergeinthelobby,surveillancecamerasaroundtheperimeterofthebuildingandgrounds,computercontrolofalllife-supportsystemsofthecomplex.

Thecomplex“OntheWater-GreenBoulevard”meetsalltherequirementsintheageofhightechnology[1].Thelatest technicalsolutionsmakelifecomfortableandcozy.For

Conclusions

Studieshaveshownthatthearchitectureofmodernresidentialbuildingsisanattempttotakeintoaccountregionalpeculiarities: – Thisperiodischaracterizedbytheprincipleofthelocationofresidentialbuildingsalongthemainsquaresofthecityintheformofcreatingarchitecturalplanningunitsandcom-plexes;

– Despitetheoriginalityanduniquenessofeachunit,thebuildingsareintotalharmonywithart,subjecttotheoverallplanningconceptandfoldintoasingleexpressivearchitecturalensemble;

– The architecture of the building combines,modernity and ethnic elements (colored inblue);

– Theuseofmodernconstruction techniquesand the latest technicalsolutionsmake lifecomfortableandcozy;thearchitecturaldesignofthenewcomplexofthecapitalisbuiltontheprinciplesofdynamics,transparencyandmonochrome;

– Itprovidescomfortableparking.
