1. Move the I-beam anywhere into the autocorrect options button appears.

2. Click the button and choose undo to revert back to before the correction.

Steps do undo automatic corrections

1. Click anywhere in the phase or correction

2. The mouse becomes a pointer and the box turns into the AutoCorrect Options button.

3. Click the AutoCorrect Option button and click one of the pop up options.

1. Select the text you want as AutoText.

2. Click on new from the AutoText toolbar

3. Give the AutoText a name

4. Click okay.

There are two types of clipboards:

1. Word Clipboard which stores one item at a time.

2. Office clipboard which stores 24 items at a time.

2. Hold down the left mouse button and drag the insertion point to the desired location and release the button.
