Planning guidelines for the implementationThe decision to prepare a checklist (and not a 50 page guideline) had been taken within the REZIPE consortium on the last meeting based on various reasons: the first one is that responsible experts working at the implementation prefer a short checklist of points to be considered during / before the implementation instead of a comprehensive document (lack of time to read through it); the second one was that it was agreed that it is not possible to provide a guideline with comprehensive information which is valid in all countries;
