There is one other important thing that decides what we

are like…We are made in the Image of God. This can never change.

- Free will:- Rational:- Moral:- Self-conscious. - Spiritual nature.- Love unselfishly

we can choose to act otherwise.

we act based on reasons, not instinct.

able to know and choose between good and evil

We can reflect on our life and on who we are

able to know and love God & be known & loved by Him.

1. Match up the 5 ways we are made in the image of God, on the table.

2. How does being in the “image of God” mean that we have a “core” that never changes?

**Would you lose free will if someone made you do something?

Care for others for their benefit, not our own

We are made in the image of God.God’s love is free, good, rational, spiritual.

So we can love like that...

**This unit is about how we can love “in the image of God”. **

Write a poem.. “God’s love is…”• Think of at least 7 ways to describe God’s

love.• End your poem with a thought that

perhaps we can love like this as well.
