SIR ISAAC NEWTONFIRST LAW OF MOTION
a body in a state of rest and a body in motion tend to remain at rest or in uniform motion unless acted upon by some outside force.

LAW OF MOTION
SECOND LAW OF MOTIONThe rate of change in the momentum of a body is proportional to the force acting upon the body and is in the direction of that force.
The equation is: force=mass x acceleration
THIRD LAW OF MOTION"For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction."

CENTER OF GRAVITY
• The center of gravity is the point that the mass of the rocket is perfectly balanced
•The balance point can be moved forward by putting weight in the nose
• The center of pressure should always be behind (closer to the tail) the center of gravity

AXIS

SWING TEST The swing test makes sure the rocket is
stable to launch, it is done by attaching a 6-10ft string at the center of gravity and swinging it in a circle
If the model points its nose ahead once started, it should be stable enough to launch.
