What Are They?
• A hypothetical tunnel connecting 2 points in space and time
• Are ‘shortcuts’ through space and time
• Very unstable
What Do They Do?
• Collapse if tiniest amount of matter passes through them
• Could connect 2 universes
• Supposedly, they could be used for time travel
Random Facts• Theory started in 1916– after Einstein’s
theory
• Researched by Schwarzschild– found out this:
– Black hole= entrance– White hole= exit= black hole traveling
backwards in time– In the middle is wormhole– ends could be in
different universes
• They’re also known as Einstein bridges
