1Requires an active Software Support Services (SWSS) contract on the Cisco ONE Software Suite2Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs) are available as a buying program for purchasing software from Cisco. Cisco ONE can be purchased through an ELA, as can other software from Cisco. Cisco ONE should be considered a product, while ELAs are a buying program.

Value Proposition for Customers

SOFTWARE SUITES• Logical product bundles to address the most common customer scenarios• Greater value—more features, better together pricing• Reduced complexity—single line item for the software suite

INVESTMENT PROTECTION1

• Software licenses portable across hardware refresh cycles• Ability to migrate licenses from physical devices to virtual machines• Peace of mind that software investments today will last into the future

ONGOING INNOVATION1• Access to newly developed features and products included into software suites• Expansion of software suites through Cisco acquisitions of companies/products

FLEXIBLE LICENSING• Subscription licensing to smoothly distribute customer’s spend over time• Enterprise Agreements2 offer greater discounts to customers willing to commit• Option to buy perpetual via classic model remains (not taken away)
