ITINERARY (preliminary and subject to change)

Tuesday: 3:00 - 4:00pm: Mandatory Coaches Meeting (City Hall; Hendersonville, TN)There will be discussions of tournament rules, expectations, skills competitions, questions, and comments.

4:00-6:00pm: Team check-in(Drakes Creek Park; 161 Indian Lake Blvd Hendersonville, TN 37075);All players must check in before playing and will receive a wrist band which must be worn during the entire tournament. Bring entire team; roster and birth certificates will be checked at this time and wrist bands issued to each player.

4:00 - 6:00pm: Fun Activities/ Pin Trading(Drakes Creek Park);There will be something to do for all ages: vendors, pin trading, door prizes, inflatables, DJ, Concert, & more! You may want to bring a change of clothes because there will be water slides available.

6:00pm: Music Concert and Opening Ceremonies

JULIA COLE!!! Bring your chairs and blankets and come kick back and join us for some great music!

Players to wear jerseys and shorts for the actual ceremony (may want to bring jersey to change into after the fun activities). Also, make sure to bring chairs and/or blankets for the Ceremony!

SKILLS COMPETITIONS: WILL TAKE PLACE THROUGHOUT THE DAY ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY; RESULTS WILL BE POSTED BY FRIDAY! MORE INFORMATION TO FOLLOW!

Wednesday (Pool Play Games): 2:00pm - 8:00pm: Games

GAME 7 NIGHT AT AIR XTREME HENDERSONVILLECome join us for a FUN night at the AIR XTREME in Hendersonville all week. Game 7 discounts and offers included with player tournament armbands!

Thursday (Pool Play Games Continue): 2:00pm - 8:00pm: GamesGAME 7 MOVIE NIGHT AT THE PARKCome join us for a movie night at the park at Veterans Park. Bring your blankets and chairs and enjoy a fun movie night. Popcorn, Food Trucks, inflatables, and Mary's Magical Place will be available. Food truck and Inflatables will begin at 6:30pm.
